Prince Caspian 2

Sorry, I haven't updated in a very long time.
I would like to thank @Nicky66 for the request of this imagine and I hope you like it.

You dit at the edge of a pier dangling your feet, the tips of your toes are dipped in the cool water. It's a beautiful day, the sun is warm and there's hardly a cloud in the sky. You inhale the crisp ocean air.

"It's lovely out, isn't it?" Asks a familiar voice. You turn and see Prince Caspian standing there, looking out at the ocean. You stand up and embrace him.

"Yes, it's amazing! A day like this doesn't come very often." You say.

"We should do something." Suggests Caspian

"We should go horseback riding in the forest." You say.

"I would love to." Agrees Caspian.

You make your way to Caspian's stables, where both his and your horses are kept.

You take your horse out of its stall, put a saddle on her and climb on. Caspian does the same with his horse.

"Race you to the edge of the forest!" You call, taking off. Caspian is not far behind.

"You can never win this!" He calls.

You two are almost neck and neck, you both urge your horses to go faster. Caspian passes you at the last second and wins the race.

"You see, I told you." Jokes Caspian.

"I let you win." You say.

"Sure you did." Caspian says sarcastically.

"Come on." You say as you head into the forest. Caspian follows you, smiling. You ride is silence for a while, taking in the beauty of the forest.

"Hey, let's hike up there, we can tie the house here." You suggest pointing up at a cliff overlooking the ocean. Caspian ties up the horses and you start walking up the hill.

"We should do this more often, it's nice." You say.

"Most definitely." Caspian agrees.

You reach the top of the hill and look out over the cliff. Caspian wraps his arms around you from behind and rests his head on top of yours.

"It's so beautiful!" You exclaim.  The sun has begun to set and has painted beautiful colours across the sky that are reflected in the ocean.

You turn around and see Caspian staring out at the ocean, longingly.

"You miss it don't you?" You ask.

"Yeah, just a bit." Replies Caspian.

"You should go, the Dawn Treader awaits." You say.

"Mmm, but what about you?" Asks Caspian.

"I'll be here, waiting for you to return." You reply.

"No, I don't think I could do that to you." Says Caspian.

"Well you can't let me keep you here!" You exclaim.

"What if you came with me? I do need a first mate." Caspian says. You smile and laugh.

"I'm not joking, we could go together, you and me. I love for you to come with me. I... Love you." Caspian says seriously.

You stop smiling and blush. Caspian stares into your eyes, searching. Suddenly he leans forward and kisses you lightly. You press your lips on his and he pulls you close.

"I'd love to go with you, I love you too." You whisper.
