That's Jayden's friend. (the nurse)
***********************************HAYES POV
I opened my eyes, and saw Jayden hovering above me. What's going on? Where am I?
"Oh my god. Hayes, you're awake," Jayden exclaimed, with a huge smile.
I could tell she had been crying. Her eyes were red, and her face was all puffy.
"Whoa, Jayden. What's wrong?" I asked her.
"You've been in a coma for 2 months," She replied, with a sad smile.
"2 months?! What happened to me?" I asked her, frantically.
"You don't remember? I was mad at you, and I was crossing the street, and I didn't see a car coming. So, you jumped out in to the road, and pushed me out of the way, You saved my life Hayes," Jayden explained, looking ashamed.
Oh my god. I remember. I was with Penny, and Jayden saw us, and I think she got jealous.
"Oh yes! I remember. You saw me with Penny, and you got jealous. Why so jealous, Jayden?" I asked her, with a smirk.
"Ha. I wasn't jealous! I just, um, I thought she was a stranger, and you were your car with a stranger. Yeah," Jayden said, trying to deny the fact that she was jealous.
I stifled a laugh.
"Hey Jay. It's time for you go back to the waiting room. We have some operating we have to do," Kate said, smiling.
"Okay," Jayden said, leaning down, and kissing my cheek.
I smiled.
Then, I realized that I didn't want Jayden to leave. I want her to stay with me, and tell me what I've missed, and what we're gonna do when I get out of the hospital.
Then Kate started explaining to me what this operation was for, but I didn't even listen to her. I just wanted Jayden.
"You understand?" Kate asked me.
"Uh, yeah," I lied.
Then, everything was a blur.

JAYDEN POV
"Honey, he's going to be fine. You don't have to worry so much," My mom assured me, as we were sitting in the waiting room.
I sheepishly smiled.
"You really love him don't you?" My mom asked, with a smile.
Blood drained to my face.
"I don't know. He's my best friend. So, of course I love him in a friendship way," I told her. I was honest when I said I didn't know.
"I didn't mean like a friendship way, Jay. I see the way you look at him. You're in love with him, Jayden. You may not realize it now, but you will soon," My mom said.
I nodded. What was I supposed to say to that? She's probably right.
My mom, and I sat there waiting and talking for about another hour. I was starting to get restless. I just wanted to see Hayes,
Then, I saw Kate rush out of a door, and say,"Jayden. Would you like to see Hayes? He's requesting that he sees you."
I shot up out of my seat, and followed Kate.
"He would not stop talking about you," Kate said, with a smile, and a wink.
I beamed.
We walked in to his room, and I saw him laying there. He was reading a magazine, and he looked so helpless, and I felt so bad.
"Hi Jayden," Hayes said, motioning me over to him.
"You go. I'll give you two some alone time. Just call me if you need anything," Kate said, patting my arm, and walking out.
"Hayes," I breathed/
"Hm?" He asked.
I sat in a chair beside him, and put his hand in mine.
"I've missed you, Jayden," He said.
"You've been in that operation for only an hour," I laughed.
"I know. Still missed you though," Hayes said, pulling me closer to him.
I bit my lip. I couldn't believe he was finally awake. I was so happy.
He cupped his hands on my face, and pulled me towards him. Then, just like that he kissed me. It was the most, tingling, and amazing moment I had expierenced in my entire life. Yes, I'd kissed a guy before, but it never felt like this before.
We finally pulled apart. We were both breathless, but we both had a smile across our lips.
"You're amazing," He breathed, tucking my hair behind my ear.
I sheepishly smiled, and blood drained to my face.
"You have no idea how long I've been waiting for that kiss," Hayes exclaimed.
I smiled even bigger.
"Well, I know your dad wants to see you pretty badly. So, I'll let him talk to you for awhile. I'll just be in the waiting room," I assured him, taking our hands apart. I didn't like the feel of our hands apart. It was cold, and lonely.
"Don't gooooo," He moaned, with a pout.
I stifled a laugh. "Your dad is worried, and wants to see you, I'll see you later, Hayes," I told him, with a smile and a small wave.
"Fine. Bye Jayden," He said, smiling.
"Bye Hayes," I replied, walking out of his room.
He makes me lose my train of thought, my breath, and my mind.
I walked up to Mr. Court, and said, "He's doing great. He wants to see you now."
"Thank you, dear," Mr. Court said, as he walked off.
I walked over and sat by my mom.
"I kissed him," I said, with a huge, toothy smile.
My mom smiled, and said, " Why am I not surprised?"
I laughed.
"I'm starved. Can we go get something to eat?" My mom asked me.
"I'm starved too, but I can't just leave Hayes," I exclaimed.
"Honey. You've been here everyday, for 2 months. He's a big boy, he can take care of himself," My mom said.
I groaned. "Fine."
"Hooray! Let's go to Roncino's Pizzeria," My mom shouted.
Everyone turned their heads to look at us.
"Shush," I said, laughing.
Then, we walked out of the hospital hand, and hand.
