Rose's  P.O.V.

It is the next morning time for my team to go to the suprise day off and Drake's team to go halfway for training, nobody was up.  They are all very lasy, just kidding, it is midnight and I can't get back to sleep, so I went to the kitchen to eat.

"Can't sleep?" Someone asked me making me jump, the person laughed and I turn to see Mike.

"Nope, why are you up?" I ask and he shrugs.

"I couldn't sleep, can I ask you a question?" He asks sitting across from me in a chair.

"You just did." I told him and he frowns and i laugh.

"Doesn't count." He said and I just smile

"fine, ask away." I told him, he nods.

"Wlhy won't you give me a chance to be your mate?" He asks, his voice breaking at the end.

"I don't know, I think I am scared.  Scared that you won't let me be top warrior like I am.  Scared to let anyone in, just scared I guess." I said and he nods.

"Will you please give me a chance Rose?" He asks and I look away.

"If I give you a chance can we take it slow, I have never been in a relationship, and like I said I am scared." I ask and he nods.

"Of course, come here." He told me and I obeyed.

"So, what card do we get?" I ask and he looks at me confused.

"What?" He asks and I laugh.

"Credit card, for my team's fun day?" I ask and he laughs.

"Here here, so what are you guys going to do today?" He asks.

"We are going to go somewere only the kids will know about until we get back." I told him and he frowned which made me laugh.

"You don't love me?" He asks.

"Nope, I love food." I told him and we just talked until 2 a.m. when my pack came downstairs to get ready.

"What is going on?" Drake asks and that is when I realized the position I am.  I am on his lap.

"Um, I have no idea." I replied honestly.

"Okay, well, we need to get set up." Zach said.

"Okay, I am coming." I said and got up and went outside with them.

"So, what is going on with you and him?" Drake asks and I shrug.

"No, idea, i told him I would give him a chance nad next thing i know we are talking and I don't know." I replied setting up the how far section with Drake helping.

"You are giving him a chance what does that mean?" He asks as we set up the cones for the beginning, I pulled out my my phone and started to text everyone saying it was done.

"Yeah, he didn't do anything wrong that I can recall, so why be mean to him?" I ask and he shrugs.

"If he hurts you, I will kill him." He told me and we started to head to the beep test.

"You know, maybe if you trusted me then you would realize that I can kill him myself." I said and started on the machanical work for the beep test.

"Yeah, true." He said and I laughed.

After about  forty minutes everything was done and we all meet up and went inside.

"So, where are you taking your group today?" Zach asks and I laugh.
