The Element Keeper

Chapter 16

"We want you to hand someone over." He says

"Who?" I ask as Drake, Zach, Logan, and Josh along with all of the males come outside and stand around me.

"Rosaline" The rogue says and laugh.

"We would never let you take a baby, she has potential, she is the element keeper, we aren't that stupid." I say with a slight laugh.

"Oh but you will, see our master's daughter wants to see her.  She misses her, that and her husband."  He says and I see my parents in the back out of the corner of my eye.

"Rosaline is staying here."  Drake says taking a step frontwards.

"Rosaline isn't your property, she belongs to the Grey Stone Pack, not a rogue pack.  She belongs to us, along with her brother and family."  Zach tells them also stepping forward.

"She is the key to keeping the world in either peace or chaos, we just want our daughter to reach her full potential, she is my baby and she was taken by you monsters." my 'mom' said stepping frontwards with fake tears in her eyes.

"She was not taken, she was abused, she left to have a happier life and she has achieved that so you can leave by choice, or you can leave by force but leave her alone." Josh growls out stepping frontwards.

"By the way you guys are protecting the girl she must be Rosaline." The rogue says looking back at my dad who was comforting my mom.

"My name is Rose, not Rosaline, so move on and go bother something else.  But leave us alone." I said stepping infront of everyone else in my pack.

"Rosaline you have become so outgoing, I am impressed, I thought we taut you better than that.  Guess we will have to restart from step one, a pet." My dad says.

"You will have to get me first.  One on one, a fair fight.  Your group stays back, along with your pathetic mate, and my pack stays back along with my family.  Do we have a deal father?" I ask adding disgust into the word father.

"We have a deal my sweet daughter." He said.

"You are not my father, but lets begin." I say getting into fighting position.

"You can't use your powers just so that this is a fair fight." My dad says and I laugh.

"But you can use your wolf?  I think I will pass so lets start before the other pack gets curious." I tell him and my pack laughs.

"How many falls do we get before we lose?" He asks with a snarl.

"Five.  Fair round remember, you and me, powers may be used." I remind him.

We stand in fighting position for five minutes, I started to get bored so I rolled my eyes and asked Zach if after this we could get snow cones, he laughed but agreed.  My dad came running towards me so I side stepped and he ran into mom, how did I get over here?  Oh well, it worked in my favor.  He turned and was pissed I could see it in his eyes.  I had that little voice in my head telling me to surrender before he beats me again, but I am stronger than I was before so I pushed the thought to the corner where it shut up and started to help.  He came running at me again and I did a little up movement with my finger and the ground raised a little bit so he fell again.  Two down, three to go.

"Her hand controls everything, hurt her hand!" My 'mom' yells and I roll my eyes.

He went for my hands but I tiled my head a little bit and fire surrounded him and started to close in.  He was trapped.  I would've continued but I am not him, I don't trap people and leave them to die, so I let it die down, letting oxygen back into his lungs (don't ask) and letting him stand back up. Three down, two to go.  As soon as  he got up the door open and closed and James, John, Jax, Tom, Sam, and Max came outside and walked to the front of the group where James was quickly held back so he wouldn't interfere.   I turned back to my dad who looked from me to James.

"You found your mate." He asks.

"Yeah, I did, well atleast mine didn't cheat on me with another packs omega." I tell him with a smile still ready for anything.

He got that look in his eyes that he did when I talked back to him when I was little then he charged and I didn't rely on my powers.  He came and we started to fist fight, then he kicked me in the the knee and it collapsed under me so I used my powers.  I used wind to knock him off his feet.  Four down, one more.  He got back up and looked at me as I tried to stand only to fall back down.  Something was wrong, he has four downs but I have to get back up to complete the fight, otherwise I have to go with them.  I used my hand and did a circular motion and fire lifted me to stand position and kept me steady to complete the fight.  It disappeared when I stopped, perfect.  My dad shifted and growled at me.  I used my powers and made it a mudslide in between us without him knowing and when he went to attack he fell, losing the match.

"Five downs, you can leave now." I tell them looking at my mom as Zach and James come to my side to help me stand.

"That was unfair!" She yelled as the rogues picked my dad up and left.

"It was fair, he got his wolf in and I got more practice in, so good bye." I tell her turning my head to look at Zach.  "Let's go get me checked out."  I tell him and he nods then James picks me up and we start the short walk to the pack doctor.
