Secrets (Steve Rogers)

Back in the Game

I look out the windows at the deep crystal ocean beneath me as the jet zips forward, I've been recruited by S.H.I.E.L.D  because some maniac called Loki has got his hands on the Tesract. The jet lands with a slight bump and Agent Coulson and I exit the jet. A woman with short red hear walks up to us.

'Agent Romanoff this Captain Rogers.' Coulson introduces us.

'Ma'am.' I greet.

'They need you on the bridge, they're starting face traces.' She says addressing Coulson.

'It was quite a buzz around here finding you in the ice, has agent Coulson asked you to sign his Captain America trading cards yet?' She asks whilst we walk around.

'Trading cards?' 

'They're vintage, he's very proud.' My eyes then catch sight of a very confused looking Dr. Banner.

'Doctor Banner.' I say and shake his hand in greeting.

'Oh yeah hi, they told me you'd be coming.'

'Word is you can find the tesract?' I half say half ask.

'Is that the only word on me?' He asks.

'Only word I care about.' I reassure him.

'Gentleman you might want to step inside, it's gonna get a little hard to breathe.' Natasha says.

'Is this a submarine?' I ask is slightly awe.

Banner and I walk to the edge to see that it in fact is not a submarine, but a flying machine (forgot what you call it sorry). Agent Romanoff leads us to the control bridge, as I walk around I give Fury a ten dollar note since he's won the bet. After looking around I turn to listen to the conversation between Fury and Natasha.

'Did you call Hecate in?' Natasha asks Fury, and I can't help but wonder who is Hecate?

'I informed of our situation yes but she's currently in Germany dealing with a ... problem.' This raises more questions in my brain. When Fury is quickly called by one of the other agents both Banner and I turn to Natasha.

'Who's Hecate?' Banner asks.

'Hecate isn't her real name it's her cover name like mine is black widow but you'll have to learn her real name for yourself. Hecate is one of the most skilled assassins, spas, agents and hit woman this age has ever seen, further more she owns the Greek Industries which next to Stark industries is the biggest in the world. Hecate is our main supply of ammo, guns, grenade, jets, computers you name it.' Natasha explains.

'She works for S.H.I.E.L.D?' Banner asks.

'No she's not an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D but we work very closely with her.' 

'Does she work with Stark?' I ask.

'Stark and she has worked together but mainly because their companies are the biggest in the world but they're not like partners understand?' I nod, I still have many questions but Natasha makes it clear that any other information is not for her to give.

Banner leaves with Natasha to go see his new lab, Coulson later comes to stand next to me. He half shyly asks me to sign his trading cards and the slightly rambles about how they are vintage and that if it's not to much trouble for me to sign he's appreciate it. One of the workers then pipe up saying they've found a 79% match for Loki.

'Where?' Fury asks.

'Germany.' 

'Inform agent Hecate of this development she might be able to help.' Fury says and the turns to me.

'Captain your up.'
