Ferris Wheel: Maia

± Maia's POV ±

(Whatt!?? Maia?? Hehe)

I hate that girl. Kassie. Stupid name. Stupid girl. Stupid Stupid Stupid.

She was not gonna take Ross away from me. I know she wont. I'd look through her. I'd find the spot she was most sensitive and vulnerable of her. I would find a way to make sure she never goes near him again. I mean i had already done that with that girl Laura Marano. Its not like Kassie was gonna be any harder, she's just a 16 year old, plain and simple.

I swear i think that Riker guy is my favorite. He never hesitates in telling me the details.

I walked off towards the ferris wheel searching everywhere for Ross.

He wasnt anywhere near the ferris wheel. I was probably late.

And then i saw a wisp of his beautiful shiny blonde hair. I ran after them. I saw them get on a roller coaster so i waited out side.

When the ride stopped i saw him see me. Boy i know he loves me.

{{ Ross's POV }}

The roller coaster ended and me and Kassie were laughing. I turned around and then i saw Maia.

Kassie was still laughing but then noticed i stopped and she saw where i was looking.

"Maybe we should go out back if you want to avoid her." She said.

"Theres a back door?"

"Yup. Right over there." She pointed to the back and there was an open door that read 'No Trespassing. Workers only'

"Perfect lets go."

We walked on the other side of some people so Maia wouldnt see us and then we ran over to the door.

When we got out we saw it was a fenced area and the way out had a lock.

"Can you climb fences?" I asked her.

"You bet." She said and started climbing. I grinned. Man she was awesome.

I climbed after her. We got to the top when we heard some guy yelling at us.

"Hey what do you guys think youre doing!"

"Sorry we kinda have to." I said.

"Running away from a devil spawn." She said as we jumped off the other side.

I turned back and i saw the guy make the "im watching you" sign with his fingers.

We laughed and ran out to the other side of the fair.

We stopped at a bench near a cotton candy stand.

We sat there panting until there was only silence between us.

"She just wont leave me alone." I said after a while.

"Who would?" I heard her mutter.

I didnt know how to respond so i got up and went to the cotton candy stand and bought some. I came back and i saw Kassie looking out to the fair.

"Here." I said and handed her a cotton candy. She took it and held it in her hands as if she didnt know what to do with it. I saw her eyes glazed over and then a single tear streaked down her cheek.

I sat down and pulled her towards me. She hid her face in my chest and i rested my head on hers.

"Honestly Ross, i wish i never met you." I heard her muffled words. "Everything was okay. I was fine. I-I was happy." i heard her choke on her words and she started sobbing softly.

I didnt know what else to do but to tighten my embrace on her. I kissed the top of her head and i sat there with her in my arms forgetting everything.

"You had a boyfriend didnt you?" I whispered.

"Yeah." She said it lower than a whisper but i could make it out.

A long silence came afterwards. Even with all the noise around us i felt lonelier than ever.

"Im sorry. But homestly i wish i hadnt met you either. " I said. I felt her tense up and take a sharp breath. I put my lips to her ear and whispered.

"Because i really dont like my heart beating a mile a minute or feeling stupid and giddy for no reason. But i know-", i paused and then continued, "im crazy for you."
