HTTYD: The Return

Chapter 1

(A/N) This takes place after the third movie, so there will be some spoilers for all 3 movies as well as Riders of Berk, Defenders of Berk and Race To The Edge. Also, the first chapter is from the P.O.V of the villan, so don't be confused.
Also, I don't know where I got this idea, but characters from Rescue Riders will apear at some point.

It has been many years since the dragons disappeared. Things had changed, and not for the best. The Eruptodon left with the other dragons, and the defenders of the wing island had gotten destroyed. Luckily, they were able to escape to Berserker island. The razorwhips had flew away, leaving the wingmaidens with no purpose. Berk was now left with no allies. It wasn't great for anyone. But it all changed one fateful day.

Two vikings were sailing a ship. A boy and his father. They had been out in the ocean for a long time already. But the father didn't want to give up. He was determined to find what he was looking for.

Boy- Father, we have been sailing for weeks. I don't think this place exists

Father- Oh, it exists. Just like the dragons do

Boy- Come on, you really believe that not just dragons exist, but they killed your cousins?

Father- We have been through this already! Besides, I know they exist. I have seen them myself.

Boy- I'll believe it when I see it

Father- Just wait, son. You will see him. And when we find the dragons, we'll take revenge for what they did years ago

The father looked out in to the ocean. There didn't seem to be anything. But after a few minutes, he finally started seeing something. It was like there was a waterfall in the middle of the ocean. He stared at it, wondering if his eyes were deceiving him. But they weren't. He turned to his son.

Father- There it is! The hidden world!

Boy- Are you sure?

The father ignored his son, and instead steered the ship in the direction of the waterfall. Not too far from it, he stopped the ship and threw down the anchor.

Boy- Woah! Is this really the place?

Father- It is indeed. Now we just have to get in, and we can-- What was that?!

The father had seen something. He didn't know what it was, but he was pretty sure he had an idea. And he was right, when he saw a razorwhip fly by the ship.

Boy- What is that?!

Father- That is a dragon.

The razorwhip flew right in front of their ship, where it stopped. Another dragon was hovering above water on the other side of the ship. It was a windstriker. The father noticed that there were people on the dragons. Both masked, and both holding weapons. They were dragon riders. The rider on the razorwhip spoke to the father and son.

Razowhip rider- Who are you

Father- Hello, dragon riders! We are just people who used to live in piece with dragons! We just want to see them again!

Windstriker rider- You say that, yet you come with knowledge of the hidden worlds whereabouts

Boy- *to his father* Dad, we really should go

Father- Sorry, but we are not dragon hunters. And I can prove it

Windstriker rider- And how exactly?

Father- My dragon is in the hidden world. A monstrous nightmare

Razorwhip rider- Do you take me for a fool?

Father- Excuse me?

Razorwhip rider- I said, do you take me for a fool? You wear the symbol of the dragon hunters

Father- That doesn't matter! You can search my ship, but you won't find a single dragon hunter trap. Trust me, I am a former dragon trainer

Razorwhip rider- Nice try

???- But I overheard your conversation where you mentioned taking revenge on dragons!

A girl riding a dragon that the father had never seen popped out of the water. She was masked, just liek the others, but it didn't seem like she had a weapon.

Father- Curse you, dragon riders!

Razorwhip rider- Oh, we are not dragon riders...

All riders- ...we are dragon protectors!

The two seemed to attack the father and son. But the only thing they did was knock the two out. When they woke up, they realized that they were far from the hidden world. the father saw that all of their notes about dragons and the hidden world were gone.

Father- CURSE YOU DRAGON PROTECTORS!!!

Boy- Are you okay?

Father- Okay? I am better then okay! As soon as we get back to the island, we're gathering all of the dragon hunters we can. Those "dragon protectors" won't stop us. The dragon riders will pay for their actions. Hiccup, Astrid, Snotlout, Fishlegs, Ruffnut, Tuffnut, Dagur, and Heather will all suffer for what they did to our family!

The father and his son nodded with evil smiles, as they rushed to turn their ship around.
