I woke up and the sun was shining through on my face, making me smile slightly. I have always loved sunlight, I have no clue why but it is completely wonderful. Elijah is out for the moment so I'm alone. I got up to get a blood bag when I heard a gasp downstairs. I instantly knew it was Rebekah. I rushed downstairs to see her temporarily dead. Another arrow came through the window and shot me right next to the heart, injecting vervain in me at the same time. I woke up in a van with Caroline and Rebekah, who were talking. "Please shut up." "What's wrong with you?" Rebekah asked. "They almost shot me in the heart and they injected me with vervain, I have a reason to be angry." She let out a slight laugh and I tried to get my ropes off. Suddenly, the van tipped and I was on the opposite side so I was hanging pretty much. I had a rope around my neck so it was extremely painful. One of the doors were broken away and I saw Tyler. He only saved Caroline though. I just ignored the conversation until the last thing he said. "Keep em' busy little sister." "No, that's impossible." I just sat their and tried my best to get the rope to stop burning me. I was injected with vervain again, causing me to pass out.
I woke up in a cell, across from me I saw Stefan and Elena. I'm guessing Rebekah was next to me because I could hear her breathing. I paid no attention to Elena I just looked at the blood on the floor she was failing to reach. Once she got it, she let Rebekah and Stefan out. Bekah just ran. She was gone in less than a second. Stefan was to focused on healing Matt, who just came in here. He go mad and left, Matt soon trailing behind. I tried to open the door but I couldn't I was too weak.
An hour later and I was still there. The pastor just left me in there, keeping vervain flowing through the air and me veins. I knew Elijah was probably worried like hell. How has nobody cared enough to get me out. I heard a noise and looked over to the entrance of the barn. The pastor had more vervain. He opened the cell door and injected it into my neck. I blacked out, but not before saying, "Go to hell." I awoke in a different cell than I was in before. It was smaller. Before, I had the biggest one. Now I have the smallest.
~Elijah's P.O.V.~
I have been looking everywhere for Alyson. Rebekah, Stefan, and Elena know something that they aren't telling me and that is a fact. If I look at any of them they look away as if they are guilty. Rebekah is truly not herself the past few days though. She seems disappointed in herself, mad at herself for something. I have a feeling it has something to do with Alyson. I decided to go to the pastor, but refrain from using the word original or vampire. When I got there I heard screams and an explosion. I looked to see that he had just blown up his house. The only thing still intact and undisturbed was his barn. I walked in and heard quiet breathing that has almost stopped.
~Alyson's P.O.V.~
I knew who was here, the sound of him walking, breathing, I wanted to say something, anything, but I was too weak. I was so weak that I had already stopped healing so anything the pastor did was still there. He had taken vervain and ran it across my face, so I know that I have a burn mark. Also, I can barely move due to the lack of blood. I was slowly desicating, the blood in my body was slowly depleting. It's pure agony. I have only felt pain this bad twice before this. When Lexi died and when Elijah was daggered. I looked up to see my favorite face in the whole world, Elijah. I did my best to speak, "Elijah" But it came out as a shallow whisper. I could barely sit up, let alone talk. "Shhh, it's fine. Don't talk. You haven't fed you need blood. You've stopped healing." He spoke while picking me up. I saw a tear fall from his eyes and I looked up at him. "Don't cry." I said the best I could. He kissed my forehead and smiled slightly. "I have looked everywhere for you. It was torture having others know where you were but them not telling you at the time you need it most. I had so many things running through my head, but the thought of you desiccating here was not one of them. I never knew someone could hurt someone like you." I smiled the best I could before he put me in the car and drove home.
He put me on the couch and handed me two blood bags, which I downed in a second. Elijah was the first to speak, "You know, I love it when you smile."
