Sorry for not updating in a while! i've been getting used to online school and stuff but i'll try to update more often. would you guys read it if i made a one direction like story? — June 17th The sun shone through the windows of my apartment, a sleeping Adam lay beside me.
"Wake up Adam" I say quietly as I gently shake him. He moaned but sat up.
"Your bump is starting to show" Adam said half asleep.
"Yes I'm aware, we have to tell everyone soon" - I got up and walked into my bathroom and hopped in the shower. Once I got out I wrapped a towel around my body and went back into my room where Adam was dressing.

I grabbed blue jean shorts, a black shirt with a vintage pattern, my green flannel and started to change.
"Your shirts aren't made for pregnancy" Adam said, he let out a quiet giggle.
"Oh shut up" I reply. — "Who's driving?" I ask.
"Me" Adam says. "I don't want my girl to get road rage".
"Very Funny" I reply.

We arrived at the district, I handed Trudy her coffee and went upstairs with Adam.
"I just got the warrant approved it's time to move" Voight said.
"What's going on?" I ask.
"Kodi was the one who killed Ainsley we're going to arrest him" Kim said, I followed and got into the car with Adam.
"Whatever happens, especially if he starts fighting with you, let go of him" Adam said, I nodded.
--------- "Halstead, Severide, Rojas go around back, Burgess and Upton cover the sides" Voight ordered. All three of us waited at the back door expecting Kodi to run for it, which he did, no surprise.
"Chicago PD Kodi stop!" I yelled. He didn't stop, obviously. I could hear Jay behind me. Kodi turned the corner and stopped to catch his breath.
"Hands up Kodi it's over!" I shout, pointing my gun at him. He booked it, me, Hailie, and Vanessa chased after him.
"I'm going this way!" Vanessa shouted. Kodi looked back at me and Hailie but ran straight into Vanessa. He turned around and came at me and Hailie, my first instinct was to tackle him but I remembered what Adam had said to me earlier. I moved out of the way and Hailie tackled him. ———— "Great save Hailie" I say as she hands Kodi off the Voight.
I walked back to my car where Adam was already waiting.
"I didn't tackle anyone" I say smiling as Adam puts his arms around me, he smiled. ———— It was 8:56pm, everyone was going home for the night, everyone except me and Adam.
"Hey" I say when I walk out of the locker room.
"Ready?" He asked.
"Bit nervous, i mean we are talking to Voight about.. us" I say.
Adam held my hand as I knocked on Voight's office door.
He looked up, "come in".
We both sat down and didn't say anything.
"Something bothering you?" Voight asked putting his pen down and giving his undivided attention to us.
"So um"
"If you want to say something say it" Voight said getting inpatient.
I was trying to find the right words but couldn't so I just went for it.
"I'm pregnant" I say.
Voight looked at me. I immediately regretted what I said thinking Voight would be upset with me.
"That's.. that's wonderful Kat" Voight said.
"You're not mad?" I ask.
"Why would I be mad?" Voight asked.
"I dunno.. I just thought that maybe.."
"I'm happy for both of you!" Voight said getting up and opening his arms out to me. I stood up and accepted the hug.
