"Jeul-Anne has a message."  Kloe said, looking over to her friend, and she likewise looked up from her work, stopping her hand from turning to another page. "What's it about?"

"She didn't really specify, just that you should get your butt over to her. She's in her office." Vevorinique stood up and made her way to the door. "Oh, and once you come back, can you get me a cup of coffee?" Kloe asked, shoving her phone back in her pocket.

"Sure." The younger woman answered. "The nurses managed to get that piece of junk machine to actually make coffee again. Just take a stop and do the natural." Kloe was greeted with a nod as an answer and the door closed shut softly.

Walking down towards the elevators, Vevorinique stopped when she saw a familiar boy talking to a nurse. She couldn't make out what they were saying, but judging from the desperate face the boy was making, it seemed serious.

Abandoning the elevators, she made her way towards the two. Neither of them took notice of the approaching figure until the woman cleared her throat. "Can I help you?" The nurse asked, whipping her head towards the doctor.

"No, not really, just wanted to know what you were talking about." She answered. "I was just telling him that he needs to move to another wing since his present wing will be getting renovation. Why? Is he a patient of yours?"

"No!" The odd-haired boy cut in, receiving the attention of both the doctor and the nurse. "She's just...an old friend of mine, is all." The nurse smiled. "Delightful, then."

"But Alaric, you will need to move. We'll be renovating next week, so you should be in your new room by thursday." Alaric looked at the nurse with shocked eyes. "Thursday? But that's three days from now."

"Yes, enough time for you to pack your personal things and move. If you need any help, there are nurses here and there. Anyway, have a nice day, you two." The nurse then walked off to the nearest cleaner, which was the one mopping the floor. The two started a conversation, just before the nurse gestured towards a hall. Both the personnel then walked off to the said hall.

"You didn't have to butt in." The boy spoke, crossing his arms in front of his chest. "I know. It just seemed serious from afar." Vevorinique answered, copying his movements. "Sadly, it wasn't." He sighed. Untangling his arms, the boy spoke. "Excuse me," Alaric turned his body and walked off to  the hall that had disgusting wallpaper.

Vevorinique could've stopped him. She wanted to, but despite that, she forced her feet to move to the opposite direction. To the elevators.

Pressing the button for the third floor, she descended quite fast which made her stumble a bit. She still wasn't used to the pace of the elevators, even though she used it for quite a bit now.

Smooth jazz music was playing in the back ground of the lift, and she couldn't help but smile to it. It was relaxing, and it lifted her mind from the things that bother her in her mind. The woman was still angry at the male she met at at cafe, and ofcourse, at her embarrassing slip in into the pool.

The doors opened, and the woman stepped into the concrete of the third floor. She walked on, passing by personnel and patients, until she reached a tinted glass door with a plaque beside it saying, "Jeul-Anne Lafortessa".

She knocked, before being greeted with a welcoming voice saying, "Come in.", which she dutifully followed. Once inside, she took time to take in the nice view of the room. It was moderately large, with potted greens at either side of the door.
