"Of course!"
Vevorinique smiled at the answer, and proceeded to walk Theia to a given room, not that far from the living room of the estate. The younger woman, the whole time, was smiling brightly about being able to stay over night at such a grand place.
The pair reached a hall, where at the end, stood a lone wooden door. Theia turned the door knob, and what was inside, surprised her. It looked like the room of Belle in Beauty and The Beast, just lacking the chandeliers and that the bed was overflowing with gathering dust.
"This place...looks very old." Theia spoke, entering the room, with Vevorinique trailing behind her. "I'm sorry, I didn't really think that anyone would use this room, so I never cleaned it."
"Oh, don't worry. It's really nice. But...maybe I could actually sleep here if it was cleaner." Theia said, looking over the room. Her eyes darted quite quickly around the place, until she noticed a large framed photo of a woman, which was situated quite close to the door.
Her hair was a pale shade of blonde, and was tied up to a neat bun. Her eyes looked strikingly Blue, which was the most captivating. She smiled, but not the smile that showed teeth. It was a tiny simple smile.
"Who's that?" The young woman asked, pointing at the frame. "Ah, that...is my sister-in-law; Rowena."
"Why is it here..? Wait—Is this her room? I can't accept this—"
"Oh, no. The room I'm using is her room. I had another framed picture I wanted to place, so I had to move this photo somewhere else."
"Couldn't you have just left it there? I mean no disrespect, but it was technically her room."
"I wanted to. But her gaze was just a tad bit too unnerving," Vevorinique inched her fore finger and thumb closer together, but not enough so that they were pressing against each other, to signify a small amount. She stared off onto an end in the room, and turned back to her younger acquaintance, "There's a duster over there," She said, pointing to the same end that she was looking over. "You can dust the bed using that."
Theia followed the finger, and at where it was pointing, hung a pink-feathered duster on a nail. It was simple, something you'd find in any local store. "How come I didn't see that when I came in?" She walked over and took it off from it's position, examining it.
"This will dust the bed, but how about the rest of the room?" She looked over to the older woman, expecting an answer; in which she received quickly. "You don't really need to dust the other part of the room... assuming you won't be using those parts. Ah, but if you want to move to another room, we can make that happen."
"Oh, no no no. This is fine. I actually also wanted to use a feather duster too. It's pretty neat." Theia held the duster around, and smiled. Vevorinique smiled back, but it quickly faded, "I'm sorry I couldn't get you a better room. Some day, when you sleep over again, I'll be sure to give you a better room."
The younger woman smiled, "Actually, I like this room. But I'll like it better if it was cleaner." She looked back over to the photo of the woman. "Wait...if that's your sister-in-law...does that mean that that's Lucifer's mum?" She was answered by a nod.
"Where is she, anyway?" Vevorinique sighed, and looked to the photo as well. The background was the once beautiful and large garden of the estate...she missed that sight. Maybe she should hire some gardeners to fix it back into shape.
