TEN HOURS UNTIL DAWN

21:02

Got7 was never the same since that accident. The incident of Hendery Wong's sisters left a mental scar in everyone's minds.

Hendery invited them back to the cabin, to celebrate the life of Mei and Ying.

Everyone was reluctant to join, but somehow Hendery persuaded them all to join. He didn't need to do much talking, since they all felt terrible for him and didn't want him alone on this night.

Mark hopped on the bus, leaning his backside against the window. He slipped in his earbuds and listened to the radio as he admired the soft specks of snow flowing through the air.

"Today is the one year anniversary of the dreadful tragedy that took place on Mount Wong.. " The radio host says. "Sheriff Yuuki Tsukino, who was in charge of the investigation, is here to speak up on the incident. He's here to give an update on the missing twins."

"Thank you for having me." The Officer named Yuuki greets. Mark could picture Yuuki's forced smile, and he envied it. He met Yuuki when he came to the cabin to ask questions about what happened. Of course, Mark couldn't say much. Nobody could. Yet, he felt like Yuuki already had decided on "who" killed the girls.

Yuuki summarizes the incident to refresh the audience's memory. Mark hated the way the media used their incident as entertainment, it made his stomach ball up into knots.

The host asks Yuuki if there's any ideas on what happened to the girls, but Yuuki's answer wasn't much to the viewers but it made Mark furrow his brows in confusion.

"Well, officially, no.. but there's one individual we're considering as a person of interest but his whereabouts are currently unknown. He has an interesting history with the Wong family. He had warned them against pursuing their construction project and claimed the land was "sacred to his forefathers."" Yuuki explains.

Who the hell could that be?

The radio host sighs, "Something about that mountain seems to breed tragic events.. well, thank you for joining us, Yuuki."

Mark looks down at his phone, getting ready to change it to a different podcast, but somehow the radio host keeps his attention for a bit longer. But it was cutting out bits and pieces of what he was saying.

"..to all the Wong's tonight, their son Hendery.. on this.. the anniversary of the mysterious disappearance of Mei and Ying Wong."

His phone pops up a video of Hendery, something he recorded himself.

"Well, hello friends and fans.." Hendery makes a face, as if he wasn't satisfied with his introduction. "Alright, let's do that again."

He adjusts the camera and then steps back, he runs his fingers through the back of his hair or his now mullet.

"Alright, well, hello friends and fans!" Hendery says excitedly, as if his sisters are not missing. "It's beyond awesome to have you guys all back this year. First off, I gotta say, I am super excited to welcome all my pals back to the annual Blackwood winter giveaway!"

Hendery raises his hands in the air excitedly and makes a sound that sounds like a crowd cheering. Afterwards, he seems a bit awkward but regains his "maturity."

"So, um.. let me just let you know, uhhh.. let's take a moment to address the "elephant in the room" for a second.." he clears his throat. "I know you're all probably worried about me and I know it's gonna be tough on all of us going back after what had happened last year. But-I just want you all to know, um, it means.."
