SIX HOURS UNTIL DAWN01:03
Jaebeom watched from behind the bricked fence, watching the stranger as he walked inside the abandoned clinic with two wolves.
He hopped over the bricks, his hands freezing at the touch against the snow.
Walking around to find a way to get in, he found a hole big enough for the wolves to get into.
Sliding inside, Jaebeom did his best to stay as quiet as possible.
The room he was in looked destroyed. Dust was in the air and pieces of the building were scattered all over the floor. Cabs of gasoline were all over, possibly useful.
Climbing up and down the shelves and using the cabs of gasoline as steps, Jaebeom finally made his way into the actual part of the abandoned clinic.
As he walked, he could hear the wolves growling nearby.
All thanks to him being nosey, Jaebeom founds some documents about the clinic. One was a old newspaper from the early fifties about a reporter who got assaulted on the mountains. The reporter wanted to find the missing miners on the mountain they were on.
Another thing he found was a medical report on a miner, and on the back of the paper someone wrote "one of those guys actually tried to bite me! I'm going to report it to Dr. Bowen!"
All he could gather from his information was that there were some miners lost for a long time, one tried to bite someone, and some miners had "reintegration" problems. They only found twelve out of the thirty miners.
As he lurks around, he finds a machete on the wooden table with some flesh. Like a smart person, he holds onto it.
Jaebeom continues being nosey, finding a restraining chair with old blood on it and bugs crawling all over.
On one of the walls, someone carved "HOW MANY DAYS WILL THEY KEEP US HERE?"
Another clue, was a telegram saying the owners of the mine were trying to keep the press away from the area.
The whole area was a shit show, blood was covered all over the place.
Somehow, luck was also on his side as he found a keycard right get into some rooms from one of the dead bodies in the morgue.
There were skulls in jars, a hand manufactured to move back and forth like a clock hand, and anything else you would see in a horror movie was in the morgue. It was literally a definition of a horror movie.
Moving around the building, he somehow ran into one of the wolves.
The white wolf started barking aggressively, and Jaebeom started to run for his life as it chased him.
Twisting around corners, jumping over objects in the way, he found a room and closed the door before the wild wolf came in.
But, as he opened another door, the silvered wolf was right outside.
It barked, and Jaebeom was in panic mode.
"Hey, it's okay.." Jaebeom whispers, slowly inching towards the wolf. "That's a good boy. Good boy.." he reached his hand out for the wolf to smell him.
Of course, the wolf growled and Jaebeom backed off.
"Hey, I'm not so bad.."
This was one of the reasons why he was more of a cat person.
Looking around, he found a revolver with bullets.
Moving to another room, as the silvered wolf followed behind from a safe distance, Jaebeom found a bulletin board. It had a map of the mountains, articles from newspapers, and photos of decapitated bodies.
