Where Do We Go From Here

It's now been 3 months since Moonbyul's accident. Life has returned to normal for the members of Mamamoo or as normal as it could get. Their comeback stage was a success and they got first place. Solar and Eric publicly announced their relationship which has the media and fans in a frenzy for the new couple. Hyejin is overly estatic for the new couple while Wheein shows her support but her heart is breaking knowing the fact that Moonbyul is head over heels in love with their leader. Moonbyul has pretended to act like her normal self but inside her heart has shattered the moment she found out about the couple. She begins to drink every night to ease the pain unbeknownst to her fellow members.
"Thanks Eric for such a good night." Solar happily says while hugging her boyfriend. "Anything for you babe. Why don't you come back to my place and spend the night." "I cant, I promised Moonbyul I'd hang out with her tonight. We haven't seen much of each other in awhile." Eric suddenly grabs Solar. "Maybe it's best you only see her in practice and while performing you know keep it professional between you two. She likes you as more than a friend. I can see how she looks at you it's wrong." Solar shoves him off her " Eric stop you have no idea what your talking about. Moonbyul is my best friend. Sure she is greasy but that's just her personality. I will never give up my friendship with her. If you can't accept that then we can't be together."
With that Solar storms off towards Moonbyul's apartment which is not too far from the restaurant they just left. "Come on Byul answer your door please." Solar pleads while pounding on the door forgetting she has her spare key in her purse. "Ugh that woman probably fell asleep again watching a movie."
   
What Solar didn't expect to see was Moonbyul barely conscious on the floor leaning against the couch with beer and soju bottles surrounding her. "Aish! Moonbyul get up come on your drunk let's get you to bed." "Solar what're you doing here shouldn't you be with Mr.perfect..." Moonbyul drunkenly states trying to get free from Solar's grasp to grab another soju bottle nearby.
   "Byul I don't know what's going on or your anger towards Eric but as for tonight I promised to hang out with you plus we fought earlier so I don't want to see him." This sobers Moonbyul up some and she looks at Solar with concern. "Wait what? What happened? Did he hurt you?" Solar giggles at her drunken friend getting so riled up. "He didn't want me to be friends with you anymore he said I should just keep it professional between you and I. He's convinced your in love with me. I told him you were my best friend and that's just the way you are towards me." Moonbyul begins to laugh hysterically. "Hey! What so funny?! Is getting into a fight with my boyfriend that amusing to you?" Solar states offended while smacking Moonbyul's arm. "Haha I'm sorry I don't mean to laugh but I can't believe the idiot figured it out before you did." Moonbyul says in between fits of giggles still drunk. "Byul? What do you mean figured it out?" Moonbyul looks at her now with a more serious and sober look. "Kim Yongsun, He's right I'm in love with you. I've been wanting to tell you for months now but you got swept away in the thought of Eric and being with him that I just couldn't bring myself to tell you."

"Is this why you have been distant and drinking yourself to death every night?" Solar says with tears now forming in her eyes all signs of joking are gone. Moonbyul looks away from her getting up off the floor "Solar forget I said anything okay let's just go to bed. You can take my bed I can sleep on the couch."
"No Byul. One we aren't done talking and two I don't trust you by yourself tonight your sleeping in your bed with me." Solar says with a slight hint of anger and worry. "Okay fine I'll sleep in there but this conversation never happened just drop it Yong.My heart hurts as it is I don't know if I could take anymore heartbreak right now." Moonbyul says sleepily as she lays down in bed and begins to doze off from her drunken state.
With Moonbyul passed out asleep Solar wraps her arms protectively around her and kisses her head. "Byul I wish you would've told me sooner. I love you too. Give me some time I'll come to you I promise. Good night my Moonstar." Solar says to a sleeping Moonbyul.
