Alphys checked over Blue, looking over the healing wounds and sighing softly as she looked over to Dust who watched from where he sat. Against the wall, one of his many habits she guessed.

The monitor beeped softly, the small skeleton on the bed breathing softly as his chest rose and fell slowly.
He was alive. Making a recovery.

Dust stared at the bed, then to the monitor, watching the small glowing lines rise and fall and so on. The numbers which occasionally flickered and changed. The lights which occasionally blinked so fast that you could hardly notice them.
He looked down again, staring at the cold, smooth floors. Finding no interest in the small specs of dust and dirt which laid around, hardly noticed.

Alphys glanced over to him and sighed. "Y-You should g-o and c-clean up... Blue is-n't exac-ctly going to b-be leaving t-his place anytime so-on and y-you might a-s we-ll smarten y-yourself up for w-when he d-oes become co-nscious." She stuttered, a small smile on her face which met her hazel eyes.

The skeleton grumbled and winced as he got up, his joints clicking quietly. "I guess..." He stopped to look at himself, only to be met with a complete mess of blood, tears and dirt.
"Yeaah.. "

He grumbled and got up, wincing when a few of his joints clicked. "I'll be back as soon as possible."

Alphys nodded and smiled. "I-I won't let a-anyone in."
"Thank you."

Dust stared at Blue for a moment before teleporting back to his mansion, landing on the doorstep with a small tap. A sigh escaped him and he slowly looked up at the building, eyes narrowed. He pushed the doors open and stumbled in, not caring about the blood that still dripped down from his shoulder or the dirt that fell off his shoes as he walked. Who could care about how clean everything was?
Nothing was clean. Nobody was.

He walked down the hallway, eye-lights dim as he headed to his room.

Killer, Horror and Fell watched as he walked by and the three immediately frowned, glancing over to each other with uncertain looks.
Killer was the one who followed after Dust, "hey!! Dust!! What the hell happened?" He asked carefully when he caught up to him, now walking beside him.
Dust looked up and over to him. "Underswap Papyrus happened."

His friend swallowed tightly and glanced over his shoulder to the others who urged him on. "Is... Blue alright?"
Dust stopped. "He was almost killed by his own brother and now he's stuck in a lab healing. Now if you'll excuse me, I need to get cleaned up and head back there to make sure he doesn't fucking die!? " He yelled and stormed the rest of the way to his room, slamming the door once he got inside.

Horror and Fell rushed up to Killer, grabbing him roughly and yanking him into a room, shoving him into a chair and looming over him.
"Spill."

~~~~~
Dust sighed and sat on the floor of his room, head in his hands as he bent over. He winced and hissed slightly at the throbbing pain of his wounds. But he didn't give a shit about them. He eventually got up and grabbed some new clothes, grumbling.
He had to bandage up his shoulder or else getting dressed would be pointless.
Wrapping up his shoulder and cleaning it up was an easy task. He didn't bother healing it up with magic. He could do it later.
He got dressed into some new, clean clothes which were the exact same as his previous ones.
Once he armed himself with a knife he teleported back to the labs in Undertale.
Everything was the same. Thankfully.
Dust rushed to the room, bursting in and sighed in relief.
Alphys looked over to him with a smile. Blue was still in bed and healing, but now sitting up and awake. He tiredly looked over to Dust, a small smile growing across his face.
Dust perked up and immediately ran over to him, "B-Blue!!"
The taller skeleton would have almost leapt onto the bed if Blue wasn't injured. Dust sat down beside him and grinned, hugging him gently and covered his faces in kisses, earning a tired giggle.
Alphys chuckled slightly and looked back to the screen of her computer, tapping away softly as she continued with her work.
Dust pat Blue's head, leaning into him and resting his head on his shoulder. "How are you feeling?" He asked, closing his eyes, feeling happy and glad that he was with his lover.
Blue winced and hummed, leaning his head into Dust's. "B-better... My HP is half way there. S-so... Alphys said I could go home soon..!" He gave him a cheerful smile, his eyes glowing very lightly with new magic.
"Brilliant..." The taller murmured into Blue's shoulder, sighing through his nose as he kept his arms wrapped around the smaller's waist.
He never wanted to let go. Not in a million years or decades. Just wanted to hold on forever and hug his lover close to his chest.
Dust looked over to Blue, caressing one of his cheeks. "I love you Blue."
Blue blushed lightly, living up to his name and giggled. "I love y-you too, Dusty!"
The two cuddled. Dust being careful not to accidentally hurt Blue and cause him pain. He didn't want to ever see the smaller shed another year because of him, never. He kept him close, rubbing circles into his shoulders and back gently, wanting his lover to feel comfortable and relax.
He knew what Swap Papyrus had done back in Underswap. It was just some sort of new sense. The feeling of bloodlust and rage was all too familiar and every time he tried to imagine or think about him that was all he was ever met with.
And with each passing hour those feelings. Those horrid, clear feelings undoubtedly grew stronger and stronger.
Eventually he would have to visit Underswap and see the true damage for himself. It was definitely not going to be a pretty sight... And even though he was a murderer, it just felt so wrong. He had always seem dust scattered around the place, mutilated bodies and blood.
So why feel and think so differently of this when it was almost a carbon copy of Dust's actions?
He didn't understand anymore... He couldn't. After finding Blue and falling in love with him he hardly ever turned and took those acts of genocide in other aus. It just... Didn't seem right anymore.
But Dust couldn't deny the fact that sometimes he would just have this urge to teleport into an au and start to mercilessly kill everyone. Nowadays he just did his best to hold himself back and never give it. Yet it was hard.
Especially when you live with a group of blood-lusting murderers who always try to negotiate and try to get you to agree that it would be a fun idea.
Dust looked to Blue who had his eyes closed, breathing softly.
He never wanted to hurt him... This beautiful creation.
The murderer closed his eyes as well, small wisps of magic escaping them.
Now all he needed to do was protect him.
Protect his delicate life and soul.
From him.
The air is nice and cold. Just like ice. Just like my soul.
But the only thing that is warm...
Papyrus looked down at his hands, blood dripping. Not his. Nice and warm.
A smile formed on his face and he sighed softly, a small cloud of smoke puffed out from his mouth and he chuckled softly in some form of satisfaction.
This was great.
It was wonderful.
And he loved it.
A twig snapped in the distance, echoing through the underground and Papyrus immediately summoned a bone attack. Shooting it over his shoulder and earning a cry of pain which was soon drowned out by the rush of water.
He loved it.
