Jeffery was stirring his large cauldron and taking notes. His plan was simple:
1. Finish the potion
2. Pour the potion into the machine
3. Activate the machine
4. Use the inclosure spell to take over Izaville
At least, that was phase one... He had a lot planned for the inhabitants of Izaville.
Jeffery: Now just one more stir and... *An explosion of red smoke bursts from the top of the cauldron* Woah! *Laughs* Finally! My potion is finished! Now, time to hire an assassin!
He takes a moment to think.
Jeffery: Aha! *He teleports to a place called Criminal City, where all sorts of villains live*Jeffery walks into a nearby bar and spots the perfect woman-assassin for the job, Scarlett Gambler, she's robbed many, and killed many more. He sat on the stool beside her.
Jeffery: Bartender? Can I get a mug of ale for my charming friend here?
Scarlett: What do you want?
Jeffery: Bold of you to assume I "want" anything...
Scarlett glares at him.
Jeffery: But yes, I do want something... I need you to do a job for me... A simple assassination is all I request.
Scarlett: What's in it for me?
Jeffery: Well... Money... Power... Pretty much anything your heart desires...
Scarlett: ... Alright eyeball-boy... You've got yourself a deal.
