A few days had passed since the incident with Serena Belinda and Bob being murdered. Kai had been infuriated when nobody was showing anything on the killer clowns who had committed the crimes. Instead the crimes had been blamed on people who the police suspected were responsible for the crimes. This only managed to infuriate Kai.

"How can they be stupid as to not know that it's the cult of killer clowns running around," Kai asked getting angry by the minute. "How in the hell are we supposed to get people to get scared, and come to reason in seeing that I would be the best candidate to become the new councilman?!? How are the pull numbers?"

"Well, it doesn't look too good for you. You may not even get elected as the new councilman. It would take a freaking miracle for you to be elected as the new councilman," Beverly said.

"I need to do something that will change everything. I need to do something drastic to get people to vote for me," Kai said getting lost in thought.

Ashlyn rolled her eyes at what she was hearing, before she noticed that Kai was too lost in thought to be paying any attention to her. Ashlyn took that opportunity to slip out without being noticed by Kai.

Meadow followed behind Ashlyn up the stairs, catching Ashlyn off guard when she spoke up. "You don't' like being here, do you."

"Of course I don't like being here. But I can't leave. Kai always has someone on watch to make sure I don't run away. Shit I'm lucky I managed to slip away just now. It won't be long until Kai comes up from the basement looking for me," Ashlyn snapped.

Meadow looked around before replying to Ashlyn. "What if I help you get out of here?"

"If you do that Kai will kill you, hunt me down and chain me up in the house for good, after he's managed to catch me again. Is it really worth all that trouble," Ashlyn asked.

"We can always make it look convincing. Make it look like a struggle took place between the both of us. You scratch me up a bit and then run like hell," Meadow suggested.

"If that's what you want then fine. It's what you shall get," Ashlyn said before punching Meadow in the face and scratching at any exposed skin she could get a hold of. Ashlyn then kicked Meadow behind the knees before making a run for the front door, running out and away from Kai's house.

Ashlyn had kept running until she had finally managed to make her way down a familiar street. Ashlyn had found herself standing in front of a familiar porch in front of a familiar front door. After waiting a few minutes, Ashlyn was about to give up until the sound of the door opening stopped Ashlyn in her tracks causing he to turn around.

"Oh my god! Ashlyn is it really you," Ally asked.

Ashlyn smiled. "Yes mom. It's really me. Oh god I missed you. I'm also sorry that I wasn't here when you needed me. I honestly was going to vote, but I was held captive."

"Don't worry about it sweetie. The important thing is that you're here with me right now. That's all that matters," Ally said while leading Ashlyn inside.

Kai snapped out of his thoughts, looking around the basement and noticed that both Ashlynn and Meadow were no longer down there. "Where the hell are Ashlyn and Meadow?!? So help me, if anything happened to Ashlyn there will be hell to pay! Ashlyn is an important part of this and is very much needed in my plans. If she managed to escape, I will kill every last one of you and find new people to help me hunt her down; and drag her all the way back here while she kicks and screams." As Kai was screaming that a battered Meadow made her way down the stairs.
