Chapter Thirteen

Ivy knocked on the door only to have Winter answer it.

"Winter, I thought you would be over at the house, helping Ally and watching Oz," Ivy said in confusion.

"I was actually on my way out the door now," Winter said as she was passing Ivy. Before Ivy could walk through the door, Winter grabbed a hold of Ivy's arm, stopping her. "Be warned, Kai is conceiving a child at the moment. So, whatever you hear coming from the room downstairs, pay no mind to it."

Ivy marched in the house making her way down the stairs with rage coursing through her body. As she reached the basement, Ivy glared at Beverly and Jack. "Why didn't anyone tell me that Kai was going to use my daughter for sex?"

"Because we didn't know anything about what he was planning to do with her. Kai kept his intentions to himself when it came to your daughter. Though if you ask me, it does seem quite fitting. The last time Kai had gotten laid was by Meadow after your daughter beat the shit out of her, and Kai nearly shook with the urge to strangle her for not being stronger against your daughter. Though if you ask me, Kai must have thought about what Ashlyn had done to Meadow and got a hard on from it," Beverly said.

"Or maybe he got turned on when he found out that his damn girl beat the shit out of me, when I went to retrieve her for him," Jack said in a huff. Jack, Beverly and Ivy were all unaware that Kai was standing behind them, wearing a robe listening to everything that was being said about Ashlyn.

"So glad to see that you all think so highly about Ashlyn," Kai said gaining their attention.

"Why didn't you tell me you wanted my daughter like that," Ivy asked.

"Had I told you, would you have given your daughter to me," Kai asked.

"Well, that depends. I would've had to have talked to her about the situation first. It is her decision on whether or not she wants to sleep with you. I can't go and force her to do that," Ivy began to say.

"Who said anything about forcing Ashlyn to do something that she didn't want? I already took her. We had a few rounds before I felt like I was needed out here," Kai said.

"Where is my daughter," Ivy asked.

"She's sound asleep at the moment. You won't be going back and disturbing her. Remember where you stand, Ivy. You follow me, not the other way around," Kai said.

"But that is my daughter you are talking about. I'm not going to stand by and have you telling me that I can't go and see my own daughter," Ivy argued. "I told you where she was, so you could get her. I didn't have to do that. But because I did, I had to go home and explain to Ally why our little girl didn't come back home with me."

"I know for a fact that Ashlyn is not your daughter. She looks nothing like you or your wife. I know that you both adopted her. So technically she's not really your daughter. So why be so worried about a girl who isn't yours," Kai asked.

"Because the day that Ally and I adopted our daughter, we fell in love with her! We heard about her rough past. But that still didn't stop us from wanting to bring her home and make her our precious little girl," Ivy said. "Please allow me the chance to see my daughter and speak to her."

Kai glared at Ivy. "Now is not the time for you to go anywhere near her. The only one allowed near her is me. This is a very important time for Ashlyn and I. It goes beyond creating an heir to take over the cult for me. During this time, she and I are bonding. We are becoming one with each other. I need you to understand and respect that."

"What happens when your sister wants to go in and see her friend? Are you going to allow that to happen," Ivy asked.

"No. Like I said this is an important time for Ashlyn and I. I won't allow anyone to come between us during this time," Kai snapped.
