Once upon a time there was a young boy who lived in a library. The books were old and the room he was in was shaped like a circle, the walls lined with rows upon rows of books and one door. As the young boy grew he began teaching himself to read the books surrounding him, finding incredible tales of a vast blue sky, rolling hills, tall mountains and something called water as far as the eye could see. Days, weeks, months and years passed as he read every book in the library. Eventually he realized he could picture the outside world in his mind, but he couldn't for sure know if these books he's been reading were correct.

A few weeks passed and for the first time in his life surrounded by hard wooden walls did he look at the door, and wondered what lay beyond his library home.

On a day like any other he declared to no one in particular that he wanted, no needed to leave and see the world that had dazzled his imagination. For days on end he tortured his brain on what to do, not knowing if there was anyone else in this supposed world since all he knew was what the books had written in them. Eventually he had the idea to make a friend to come with him out of the pages from the books around him, the same books that made up his whole world. That way he could bring the stories from his childhood with him where ever he happened to be. This friend would also keep company for the adventure he faced in his near future.

When finally he finished piling all the pages together he stood in admiration to his creation, a friend to be with him through what ever came his way. He couldn't believe that he was actually doing this but knew that spending the rest of his days here wasn't an option. He could feel his heart thumping hard in his chest with an emotion he'd never felt before, sweat gathered on his palms as his hands shook reaching for the handle on the door. What ever stood behind this door would change everything for him, twisting the handle not hearing a creek till the bolt clicked out of place for the first time in a very long time. SLAM! The door swung open with such a force that shocked him before the powerful wind pushed through the room the empty covers rustled throughout the room. New smells he never knew existed invaded the space around him. With one nervous step at a time he moves towards what looks like a tunnel, but upon seeing the light at the end he had to push forward he had to see more. Grabbing his friends hand in his own he walked forward into the vast unknown that lay before him. It was a short walk till the light began to grow more vibrant and almost painful for his eyes, a breeze carried more of the unfamiliar smells that peaked his ever growing curiosity. Throwing caution to the wind he ran forward into the blinding light his friend following in toe landing his knees buckled. Disoriented as his eyes adjusted to the new light the sensation of everything sent shivers through his body, this feeling wasn't something he could explain in any length of book. Looking around as tears filled his eyes seeing the world, nothing is books could compare to what was before him. Colours so vibrant, in shades no numbers could count he looked at everything he had been missing in the early years of life. As tears rolled down his cheeks he knew right to his soul, that this is the world he belonged in.
