The Chosen One

At the beginning

'Jo Jay, are you coming yet!?' Yelled Nick downstairs. 'Yeah yeah i'm coming!' I yelled back. I put on my grey jacket and my black Nike sneakers and ran downstairs were Nick, Mike, Jerry, Lucas, Kim, Sofia and Mai were waiting for me. 'Finally, you here.' Said Jerry. 'I'm sorry but I was playing GTA and forgot the time.' 'Yeah we know your not the brightest, Jay.' Kim said while the others were grinning because of that. 'Guys shall we go otherwise we are too late to see the movie.' Sofia said while she were standing in the door opening. 'Yeah we're going now.' Nick said. We walked out of my house and walked to the cinema. 'So what was the movie called again?' Mai asked me. 'It was the Hungergames you dumbass.' 'Oh yeah, I forgot.' Mai said while she was looking to the ground embarrassingly. I stroked her back to let her know I didn't mean it like that. We were almost by the cinema when a man in black ran towards us and bumped hard on Sofia and Mai. He pulled the purse of Sofia her shoulder and ran away. Mike and Jerry ran after him but he was much faster so they couldn't catch up with him. Me and Lucas pulled Sofia and Mai back up who were on the ground. Jerry and Mike were back and were catching their breaths. 'We're sorry that we couldn't take your purse back, Sofia.' Jerry said. 'It isn't that bad but the movie tickets were in there so we can't see the movie now.' 'Ah Fuck!' Nick Scolded. 'So what are we going to do now?' Kim asked. 'Maybe we can go to the woods?' Lucas suggested. We all agreed to that. We walked to the woods to our favorite spot. It is in the middle of the woods by the lake. We all sat down on the benches which were there. We all have our places in the group. Like Nick because he is like the leader of the group. He most of the time choose what we're going to do on the days we are free. Mike and Jerry are strong so if there is a fight between some of us and a other group they alway fight them off. Lucas and me are not the strong type of men but we always help the girls if they're in need. Sofia and Mai are always the targets if there is a group bullies. They can't stand up for themselves so we alway help them. Kim, yeah she's Kim. She is strong for a girl and she can stand up for herself and she always insults people and us too. 'Are you going to wake up yet!?' Mike suddenly yelled. I looked up and saw everybody looking to me with a smirk on their faces. I smiled back to them. Now we were sitting hours on the benches doing our own things. Nick, Mike and Kim were throwing stones in the lake, Jerry was laying on the bench with his eyes closed, Lucas is a amazing drawer so he drew Nick, Mike and Kim by the lake and Sofia and Mai were looking at him how he does that and I was just listening to my favorite nightcore songs through my Samsung Galaxy s5. 'I think i'm going home you guys.' Lucas suddenly said. 'Yeah me too cause i'm starving.' Kim yelled while rubbing her belly. 'Are we going too?' Jerry asked. 'I think so.' I answered him. We all walked together out of the woods and then we walked our seperated ways to our homes. 'I'm home!' I yelled while I kicked my shoes from my feet. 'Welcome home sweetie.' My mother said. I walked to the kitchen were she were making her delicious spaggeti bolognese. 'I'm hungry.' I said while looking how'd she was stirring the sauce. 'It's almost ready Jay, you don't have to wait that long.' She said when she tasted if the sauce was ready. Some minutes later we began to eat. I was just eating when I looked to the empty chair in front of me. My mother saw it so she stroked my back to calm me down. 'I know you miss him Jay but you have to get over it.' 'I know I have to do that but I just want to know if he's alive or not.' I said while looking down almost in tears. My mother stroked my back for a little time longer when she stopped and eated again. I was done eating now so I decided to go to bed early tonight. I pulled of my jacket and threw it on my chair. I laid down on my bed and closed my eyes. The moment I did that I came up with my eyes wide open. 'Shit, I forgot my phone!' I yelled.
