"Melody! Is it true you're pregnant?"

"How do you handle the death threats from fans?"

"Are you happy with this life?"

"You don't deserve him!"

"Why are you such a bitch, Melody?"

"Is it true you were poor before all this?"

"She's using him for fame!"

I ignored the papparazzi's rude remarks and foolish questions as I pushed past them following closely behind my bodygaurd David. The stuff they said really did hurt me, but I brushed it aside, they're only trying to break me.

I lugged my bags with me as I stayed as close as possible to David. As I reached the hotel I was going to be staying at; more pictures, questions and snarly comments were thrown my way. David pulled open the door and held it open for me.

"Thanks," I mumbled to him and stepped inside to be greeted by the reason I'm here.

I smiled at him as he pulled me into a quick hug and walked by my side.

"You alright, Mel?" He asked, his Irish accent strong.

I nodded and gave him a breif smile as he took my bags, "Thanks, I'm okay."

"Look, babe I'm really sorry 'bout the papz, I wish they weren't so rude," he mumbled as he pushed the elevator button.

I nodded again, "It's not your fault," I took a deep breath and glanced at him, "We're finally together! Let's enjoy our vacation," I smiled wide as David came up next to us.

"You're right babe," he, Niall Horan, from One Direction; my boyfriend, lightly rubbed my back as the elevator dung and opened. He bent down to pick up my bags when David stepped up.

"I got it," he mumbled, picking the two bags up as we stepped inside the elevator.

Niall pressed F7, the highest floor of the hotel. I took a deep breath, my lungs filling with air then I exhaled happily.

"I'm sleepy," I admitted.

Niall smirked, "you're here in Ireland, and you just came all the way from Canada," he grabbed my hand and entwined our fingers together, "I don't blame ya."

I giggled lightly as the elevator dung again. F5. The doors opened and a young girl about fifteen years old stepped inside staring at her phone. She walked on, not looking up for even a second and stood next to David and I.

I peeked at her phone to see her on Twitter making a tweet.

@HarrysGirlSarah: I wish I could meet One Direction, they mean the world to me.

Just as she hit send she looked up and glanced at Niall and I. She looked back at her phone, froze, then looked at us again. She let out a loud gasp and backed up into David.

"oof," David sighed. She mumbled a sorry and stepped closer to us, a hand covering her mouth.

Niall let go of my hand and rushed to her side.

"Shh, please don't scream. Don't tell people we're here!" He pleaded.

"N-Niall.. You're way hotter in .. Person," she spoke quietly, shaking.

Niall ran a hand through his silky blonde hair, "Thanks. Please don't tell anyone," he whispered.

The girl nodded. She was small, tanned, long black hair and bright blue eyes. Pretty.

Niall sighed in relief and took a step back, "thank you."

The elevator dung and we had reached our level.

"This is our stop," Niall told her.

"M-mine too," she studdered.

Niall turned to me, grabbed my hand, and smiled reassuringly as we stepped off the elevator. We started making our way down the hall with David when the girl called out to Niall.

"Wait Niall!" she panicked, "please! Can I have a picture?" she pleaded, nervousness in her voice.

Niall looked at me questioning his actions, looking for an okay. I rolled my eyes and pushed him towards her with a smile.

"Of course!" Niall agreed cheerfully, "What's your name sweetheart?" he asked.

"Sarah," she smiled, pulling out her phone and opening the camera.

Niall squished up next to the girl and smiled a small smile as she kissed his cheek and snapped the picture.

Niall laughed lightly, "Nice meeting you Sarah," he polietly spoke.

"Are the others here?" She asked immediately.

Niall shook his head, and his spiked blonde hair waved along, "Just my girl and I."

I blushed when he said that. Sarah looked at me with her piercing blue eyes and squealed.

"MELODY!" she choked out and ran to my side, "I was so nervous about meeting Niall I didn't even notice you, I'm sorry! You are so pretty! And lucky! How did someone like you end up with someone like him? I mean someone like you as in just a normal girl like... Like me!" she squealed again, "this means I have a chance! You give us hope, Melody! Can I have a picture with you too? And then both of you together!?? PLEASE! I love you both so much!" her words came out so fast it took me a minute to process what she was saying.

Niall stood back, eyes wide and confused. This Sarah was not the quiet, shy Sarah he had just met five seconds ago. She was completely fangirling. Over me. Weird.

I nodded my head, "sure, we'll take the pics," I looked her dead in the eye, "but you must not tell anyone where we are, okay?"

She nodded, a smile plastered on her face, "I promise."

Sarah and I smiled at the camera like two best friends taking a selfie together. Then, Niall, Sarah and I stood together while David held the phone back and snapped the picture.

He handed her the phone and picked up my bags again.

"I'll drop this off, then go on my break," he told me.

I smiled and nodded, "thank you, David."

I turned my attention back on Sarah who was hugging Niall tight. She pulled away then turned to me.

"And it was so nice to meet you too, Melody," she held her arms open for a hug and I smiled and hugged her back.

Once we said goodbye to Sarah and she walked in the opposite direction to her hotel room, Niall and I headed to ours.

"I am sorry about that, Mel," he sighed, entwining our fingers together.

I smiled and leaned against him, "Don't be. It's amazing seeing their eyes light up, how meeting you guys for five minutes makes their whole day."

He chuckled and kissed my head.

Life like this definetly had it's downs, but it sure as hell had it's ups.
