CHAPTER 4: CLASS AMBER

Maaga akong gumising at kakatapos lang din maligo, kinuha ko ang bathrobe sa loob ng banyo at sinuot muna ito. Sumilip ako sa parteng walang namamagitan na glassed wall sa gilid upang tingnan kung gising na rin ba si Evie, sa gulat ko'y mukhang nakaayos na siya't suot-suot na rin ang kanyang robe.

She saw me and smiled.

"Val? Here's your uniform." Pumunta siya sa malaking drawer niya kagaya noong sa'king part ng room, at kinuha ang uniform.

"Oh thank you." Maikling pasasalamat ko at bumalik na sa aking puwesto, noong sinuot ko na ang uniform, lumapit kaagad ako sa malaking salamin na nakadikit sa wall. As I've described noon, mula ito sa ibabaw hanggang sa ilalim kaya makikita mo talaga ang kabuoan ng iyong sarili, tiningnan ko nang mabuti ang uniform na aking sinusuot.

Sa ibabaw, ang uniform ay long sleeved, 'yung color nito'y white at mayroong dalawang stripes black na nakapalibot on both wrists. The buttons and ribbon were black in the middle as well, the same as for the skirt, above the knee.

I noticed the logo on my left side of my uniform either, and it has a black and white design with the name surrounds it, 'UTOPIA ACADEMY THE SCHOOL OF ENCHANTMENT' kumikinang pa ito, a very bright silver and gold.

Damn, this uniform looks so expensive! And I think that I looked like a different person just by wearing it. I fixed myself then brushed my long straight hair at pinuntahan na si Evie.

"Val, you're so pretty! Bagay sa'yo ang uniform." Compliment niya.

"Ikaw rin."

I also looked at Evie, and she looked beautiful. Her hair—I found it really cute when she tried to put it into two pigtails like ears. When she was done, she turned to face me.

"How is it? Does it look nice?" Tanong niya, nginitian ko siya.

"Oo ang cute mo nga, tayo na?" Saad ko at aktong lalakad nang magsalita siya muli.

"Ano? Tayo na? No way I'm straight, haha." Pfts, baliw, napatawa na lang ako nang mahina. We then grabbed our bags at the same time and finally walked out of the room.

Nice, it's only 6:15 AM, so we decided to eat at the Canteen Hall first. My allowance is on the card that Miss Grace suddenly gave me as we went there, she said it was already prepared for me a long time ago, and I shall not be surprised if a butler will look out for me from time to time...

I simply nodded at her... Curiosity starting to grow again...

"Val, what if you're a noble?" Bulong bigla ni Evie kaya napukaw ako sa kakaisip.

"Ha?"

"Nevermind Val, let's go eat!"

Gosh, our class starts at 8:00 AM pa kaya pagkatapos naming mag breakfast ni Evie ay nag decide kaming dalawa na maglibot ng mga lugar dito, so basically, she toured me around, pero siyempre, hindi lahat ay napuntahan namin sa laki ba naman ng Academy na'to.

And as usual, hindi ko pa rin talaga maiwasang mapamangha like I always do whenever I see things cool.

Sa kalagitnaan nang pagtour ni Evie sa'kin ay biglang may napakalakas na bell na namang tumunog. Parang mabingi naman ako!

"Class time, let's go! Grabe, sabi ni Miss Grace sa'kin noon, sa class A section ka daw, nasa North Wing tayo, doon ang classroom natin." I smiled.

Ang laki talaga ng school na'to parang isa itong palasyo, hindi ko alam pero ang masabi ko lang ay pwede kang mawala kung hindi mo alam ang mga dereksyon o kung saan patungo ang papuntahan mo.

When we entered the room, I immediately saw the students chatting and laughing. Some were looking at me, confused—confused about my presence. Others then began whispering to each other.
