Peyton:
We pulled up in the driveway. This place is huge! I hopped out the car and walked inside with Jc and Ricky. They left me in the hall to put my stuff in my room. A couple seconds later, a hand fell onto my shoulder. "AAAHH!!" I screamed, elbowing the figure.

"Ouch. Why'd you elbow me?" I turned around to see a guy with brown hair and a nose piercing.

"I'm sorry... You scared me. I'm Peyton." I said sticking my hand out.

"Sorry for scaring you. I'm Kian." Jc came back and looks at Kian who is holding his stomach. "Lets just say, don't scare her." I gulped. He's gonna send me back. But he laughed.

"Finally someone knocks some sense into you." I let out a small chuckle. I was led to a room. Pink...EVERYWHERE. I mean, I may be a girl, but I don't like pink this much. "You don't like it?" Jc asked with a hint of hurt lacing his voice.

"No, no. I like it. But it's A LOT of pink. A little to much."

"Well we can go to the store and pick up some other colors." He said. I nodded and we reached the store within five minutes. Girls were staring at me with either envy or jealousy and it made me a bit uncomfortable.

We got back home and I went and started to repaint my room.

Jc:

The doorbell rang and when I opened it, I was greeted by Lia. "Hey baby." She said hugging me.

"Hey." I said before kissing her. "So, I have a...surprise for you." That sparked a curiosity in her as she followed me to Peyton's room. "This is Peyton. My daughter. Our daughter. Lia curled her lips in disgust.

"A daughter is not a surprise! It's a tragedy." Peyton snapped her head in our direction and narrowed her eyes.

"So is a bitchy girlfriend." She said in reply. I actually had to bite my tongue to prevent myself from laughing. Well, obviously, these two don't like each other.

Lia and I went back downstairs and she turned to me in anger. "You adopted a daughter without my consent? How dare you?!" I frowned.

"Your consent wouldn't even matter Lia. You're 17." She rolled her eyes.

"Whatever Jc. I still don't like or trust her." It was my turn to roll my eyes.

"You know Lia, if you don't like Peyton, you can just dump me." She smirked.

"Then I guess we're done." And she walked out without a second glance. I sighed. Whatever. She has a problem with Peyton? Oh well. I only need one pretty blonde in my life anyway.
