"Okay place the sofa's against the window and the coffee table right in front of the sofa's in the middle of the living room."
"Is this okay Miss. Greyson?" One of the mover guys asked me.
"Yes, perfect thanks! Do you guys want anything to drink?"
"Yes, please. "
"Okay, do you guys want apple juice or lemonade?"
"I'll have an apple juice." Said one of the guys.
"I want some lemonade please."
"Here you go, they're kinda warm because I haven't hooked up the fridge yet."
"It's alright, thank you." They said in unison.
"Well I'm going to leave you guys to do your job, I'll be in my room if you need me."
I walked into my room and started arranging my stuff, hopefully the fridge will be the last thing to move for today. It's been a hassle to move into my new townhouse, but it was so worth it. I finally had a home of my own, and it was beautiful. It had three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room, a huge kitchen, and a big living room. All the floors were dark oak complementing the mint wallpaper with pink roses on it. One of my favorite things about the house were the balconies with huge French doors, that gave the view of the garden. Also, I made one of the rooms my personal library, since it seemed to be perfect for reading in peace. It had cherry wood double doors and a gigantic window that had a view of the park across the street where the neighborhood kids played.
Plus the ceiling had a gorgeous pattern of what seemed to be roses and vines , book shelves lined three out of four walls , the fire place in the middle was the finishing touch. It was pure bliss.
I was startled out of admiring my new home by one of the mover's voice .
"Miss.Greyson!"
I jump in surprise. "Yeah?"
"Do you want us to hook up the fridge for you?"
"That would be fantastic!"
Ah the fridge, this place would of been way expensive if it actually came with a fridge, but by some miracle it didn't, let me tell you finding a fridge for a good price can be so difficult. Luckily I found one, it was odd looking if you asked me it even had an intriguing design on the handle. It seemed like it wasn't even part of this century, technology is so advanced these days it's unbelievable.
They finally hooked up the fridge and left, now to do something i've been waiting for all day, sleep!
I walked into my walk in closet and changed into some Patrick pyjamas, pulled back the ivory colored covers and jumped into my queen sized bed, perfect for me since I tend to move around a lot in my sleep, don't want to fall out of a bed....again. Now to enter the mystical land of boys and unicorns.
