i pick up mattias mess and set my books down on my dresser and take a shower.
i go downstairs and see my dad sitting down in the living room.
"hola pa."
"hola mija. what are you doing?"
"making something to eat."
"oh sorry i didn't make anything today, i'm just tired."
"esta todo bien. do you want some chicken soup?"
"ah si."
"mkay."
10 minutes later*
"you can have the rest i don't want anymore."
"you sure?"
"yeah imma go to my room and study and maybe go to sleep early today."
"okay well good night mija, te quiero."
"mwah love you too."
i head towards my room putting my earbuds in putting on some music and just lay there in bed.
shit fucking adam has been making me feel like shit lately. i'm trying to make things work but now i feel like it's all one sided. i gotta talk to adam.
next morning*
*mattias pov*
"alvarito mi dorito come here."
"what the hell did you just call me."
"a rat."
"shut the fuck up before i beat you-"
"ok anyways i gotta tell you something."
"what? did you and you know who do you know what?"
"NO but you know how she's dating adam?"
"wait are we talking about priscila?"
"dumbass he's ofc."
"oh i was thinking of-"
"okay shut up but i was walking past mr. hoover's class and saw adam and some girl kissing in that hidden corner you know which one right?"
"shiiit but yeah. are you gonna tell her?"
"maybe, i don't know yet."
"dude you gotta."
"yeah."
priscilla walks in*
i wave to pricilla to come sit with alvaro and i but i notice she's crying.
priscilla notices me waving and wipes her tears and comes towards me.
"here." i say fixing a chair between alvaro and i.
"hey you good? you look upset."
"yeah i-i'm *sniff* good thanks."
"uh huh ok."
"can i rest my head on your shoulder please." priscilla says breaking down.
"go ahead."
i'm wearing a black shirt so her tears won't be as noticeable but to be honest i don't care she's seems hurt and she needs someone.
i put both arms around her hugging her tight.
most of the class is looking at us but i just give them "look away" look.
priscillas pov*
i know i've only know mattia for a while but he's the only person i know beside alvaro in this class. adam has been ignoring me and this morning i came up to him and he said hey and then just left like i was just someone he'd never met before? that shit hurt me like what the hell. i'm just a mess right now but mattias hugging me and i fell way better.
lunch*
"she cut the tape, what a dummy." kairi says.
"don't you need it for that i mean so it could stick the the wall ya know?" alvaro adds.
"for LED lights?" roshaun asks.
mattia taps me and leans in,
"aye i gotta tell you something."
"now?" i ask.
"before we go to our next class."
"oh. okay then?"
he looks over at alvaro and both nod. um ok weird?
outside*
i see adam and he walks over to me. i'm surrounded by the mattias friends and of course it's gonna alarm him.
"what's your problem?" adam asks me.
"what do you mean problem?"
"ignoring me?"
"ignoring you? you literally said hey and left me alone in the hallways. you've ignored all my calls and texts and now you're telling me i'm ignoring you?"
adam looks over to see mattia and the boys.
"and him."
"mattia?"
"yeah your new boyfriend!"
"HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO TELL YOU IM HELPING HIM WITH WORK NOTHING MORE!"
"SURE YOU ARE NOW WHY DO-"
mattia moves me over and pushes adam.
"AY"
"wow look who decides to come in and help there girlfriend."
"SHUT UP ADAM she isn't my girlfriend and maybe she shouldn't be yours either since apparently you don't know how to treat one the right way."
"sure mattia an like you can either?"
"better than you for sure."
adam and mattias begin arguing which then turns physical.
"who do you think you are to tell me what to do!" adam yells at mattia.
"YOU DONT DESERVE HER!" mattia yells.
"MATTIA STOP!" kairi and alejandro scream trying to get mattia off of adam.
"ADAMMM!" i scream.
i start crying. fuck this day get any worse. 😭
"I SAW YOU AND CINDY MAKING OUT IN THE HALLWAY YOU WANNA EXPLAIN THAT YOU FUCK?" mattia says.
what? what did he just yell out?
mattia look sober at me and stops.
"Fucking liar." adam says.
alvaro yells out.
"I SAW YOU AND CINDY MAKING OUT TOO IN THE CORNER!"
what the fuck!?
mattia manages to push adam to the ground as one of the security's on duty come in and stop the fight.
"BOTH OF YOU CALM DOWN and get to class NOW!"
"alvaro what did you and mattia say?"
"i'm sorry priscilla."
i run over to mattia and ask him.
"what did you say?"
"i was gonna tell you, i saw cindy and him this morning ma-"
"i heard."
adam gets up and screams.
