I got off the plane from my old town of Texas, to meet the fresh salty airs of Sydney, Australia at 12:30 AM

I scurred to catch a bus to 'University of Sydney, Faculty of Veterinary Science' because you know...you don't want to be late.

And here I am now...I step off the bus and I see what looks like a castle, "Oh my goodness.." I look up hold'n my cow girl hat as I do.. "Dang is this Hogwarts?"

"No but that would be awesome if it was." A young Australian female voice tells me.

I look to see a woman with long reddish brown hair, and pericing blue eyes "Oh hi! I'm-"

"Emma Delaware I know. Your my roommate, Carla Smith. They told me your from Texas and your outfit definitely tells me and your accent too."

"Well I bet you don't get Texans here as much.."

~~~
I get settled in my dorms as they told us they don't start the first day of classes until a week. They call it Frosh week, also known here as Welcome Week, it's only for the freshman. They do this so you can look around and get to know people and to make sure people make there selves at home.
You have a week of programs that help you get to know people for a week before classes start. But you get the first day of freedom to do whatever you like. So I spent most of it setting me room up (two hours) and getting to know my roommate Carla. I also spent an hour on finding my classes so I'm prepared.
After that I decided to look around...outside of Hogwarts..
So....off to adventuring I go... 4:18 PM
~~
I walk along the sidewalk of this HUGE beach...and everyone is like the hurd of cows that I rile up back at home. I hear a couple bikers beside me and their go'n pretty fast. A car decides to block my path from escaping across the parking lot. My back presses against a wall behind me but a lock hits me from behind. Without thinking I knock on it frantically hop'n someone was there to open it cuz I wasn't going to get ran over. The door magically opens and I tare it open and quickly shut it trying to cause no harm to the bikers.
"Phew..." I wipe the sweat of my forehead.
"Can I help you?"
I yelp and jump spinning around, putting my back against the door.
A tall...shirtless man with blond hair and blue eyes stands in front of me. I look around and see medical stuff on shelves and what looks like a bright orange surf board on the wall...oh....that's a spinal board..oh gosh..I'm in the life guard tower?!
"I uh... I..Sorry I didn't realize...this was the um.."
"Lifeguard tower?"
"Yeah!"
"You know that door is only used for emergencys..."
"Oh...well uh.. I was just try'n to not get ran over by those bikers..isn't at an emergency?"
He chuckles trying to hide his smile with his hand.
"Well if I did'n get in I would've for sure had to knock on the door for an emergency because I would be hurt! Possibly knocked out then killed.."
"Okay, okay. I'm letting you off the hook only because you have a point and it sounds like your new around here."
"Thank you." I tip my hat to him and put my hand on the door nob.
"Not that door." He points to the other one. "That one is the exit..go out that door and you'll possibly hit someone whose's walking by."
"Okay makes sense.." I tip my head to him again and walk to the door and notice a couple other lifeguards looking at me. "I'm sorry ya'll for waist'n your time." I tip my hat to them too and head out the door but peek my head back in. "What's the name of this beach?" I ask
"It's Bondi." The tall blond tells me
"God I love your accents. Okay thank youuuu!" I disappear around the corner and run into a stiff man. "Oh pardon me sir.." I tell him looking down and walking away.
I spend hours on that HUGE beach I think the lifeguard called it Bondi Beach...? I'm pretty sure..any whoz here I am trying to make my way up the beach and dodging people and squeez'n past them.
I did'n know that I had anxiety about big crowds until at this very moment..
I quickly run up the stairs of the beach to get out of that stressful mess.
It's almost sun down I look at my phone and it's 8:35 PM. "Already?" I take me a few moments to well it sink in as I walk. "CRAP! Curfew is at 11!" I look at the times for the buses and I just missed the 8:30 one.. the next one comes at...." I scroll down. "Oh good they come every 15 minutes...Oh no... but traffic is going to be horrible and they don't take the back roads...Make that 58 minutes to get back there to almost 2 hours..."
"Need a ride?" A smooth Australian voice asks
I jump and look up from my phone. A tall dirty blond hair man leans against a black lamborghini, and pushes off. "Do you go to University for Veterinary Science? "Because that's where I'm going.. I remember your accent when you said sorry for bumping into me." He says walk over to me.
"Yeah...How do you know if I were to mug you or something?"
"That's highly unlikely. From your hot accent I can tell your from Texas, our curfew is the same." He pauses for effect, "And you still have the welcome sticker of our logo on, your, shirt." He points at the Welcome sticker on my shirt and looks at it, "Emily." He smiles
I laugh nervously, "Oh right." I take the sticker off and put it in my pocket. I didn't realize the comment about my hot accent until just now.
"So...do you want a ride?"
"Uh..sure that would be great." I smile, as soon as he turns, I rip the sticker off and throw it in the trash then catch up to him.
He opens the passenger door for me and I smile and get in. He gets in and starts the engine.
"So exactly what is your name?"
"It's McCoy, Wyatt McCoy. and what is your last name.?"
"Delaware."
"Emily Delaware. What a pretty name."
"Thanks man." I smile and he smirks i look out the window to watch the sunset as he drives.
He turns music on but it's quite but enough to actually hear it.
I look over at him, "This is a nice ride you got here..."
"Thanks."
"No problem..." I look away not knowing what to say to this Rich boy so I don't talk just look out the window....who knew I could be so tired...maybe it's just these seats...my eyes drift shut..
~~~

"Okay we're here." I look over to see her sleeping, I can't complain these seats are comfortable. I undo her seatbelt, "Emily, Em." I shake her shoulders.

She groans, "Dad can't I sleep for a couple more minutes? The roster did'n even crow yet.."

I snort and quickly cover my mouth trying not to laugh.

"Emily, It's Wyatt. We're here."

She shoots up hitting her head off the roof of my car. "Ow..."

"Oh shit. You okay?"

"Yeah I've been through worse..."

I chuckle, "I bet. Your one tough cookie.."

She smiles and takes out her phone, "8:54. Perfect," Her smile grows. "Thank you so much Wyatt...your a life saver..." I was expecting a hug or a kiss on the cheek but...nothing..she just said I was a life saver...usually girls are all over me.. but she different...I like her.

"Oh here I'll get the door..there confusing." I get out and open the door, and it slides up.

"Thanks."

"See you on the first day of our programs!" I shout over to as she walks away from me.

"Yup see ya!"

I really like her...
