We walk to the Manning Bar talking, laughing, a lot of playful nudges and what not.

We enter the bar and theirs what seems like a concert in here, people jump up and down to the live music. At least the bar area is not as crowded.

"What can I get ya?" The bar tender asks.

I look at the possible drinks, trying to decide. "Can I just get the strongest thing you got!" I shout over the music.

"Yeah same for me!" Wyatt shouts.

"Okay!" He whips up two drink and slides them on the table. Wyatt pays and we take the drinks outside where the music isn't as loud. We sit on the concrete steps.

I take a sip and swollow it burns as it goes down. "Phew! That's strong. I haven't had somethin that strong in a while." Wyatt smiles and takes a sip of his.

"You wanna take some shots after? And get partying in there?" He asks

"Only if your up for it."

"Hell yeah I'm up for it! Oh but first. Before I forget I want to give you something."

"Oh? And what's that?" He puts his drink down and goes in his pocket. He pulls out a little box.

"You ain't gonna ask me to marry you are ya?" I snort

He laughs, "Noooo." He opens the box, "I wanted to give you this.." He holds it up.

I gasp, "My Grandma's necklace!" He places the new silver locket in my hands I look up at him and smile

I gasp, "My Grandma's necklace!" He places the new silver locket in my hands I look up at him and smile. "Oh thank you so much! How can I ever repay you!" I give him a long hug. I break the hug, "But how?"

"I know this Goldsmith and Jeweller down town close to my house, we're close. I drew a picture of what it looked like and asked if he can make a new one using the same metal. He melted down the pieces of the locket and pressed the design in. He fixed the chain no problem."

"Wyatt..that was so sweet of you.." I kiss him on the check and hug him again. "This means so much to me.." I muffle into his shoulder.

"Here I'll put it on."

I break the hug, "Oh yes please." I shift my butt and face away from him.

I gently move her hair away, my cheeks still arm with her kiss. She holds her hair out of the way for me. I put the necklace on and lock the hook in the loop. "There." I smile she turns to me and smiles
