Chapter 21| I love You, Lee Jeno

"I love you Lee Jeno"

A soft whisper kisses on the tip of his ear but the light tangible touch isn't enough for the owner to notice. It is supposed to be that way.

There is a time where Jaemin needs to reflect his own behaviors first.

He wished to push Jeno further from him. He wanted Jeno to forget about him. He secretly begged for him to leave his mind but in reality, he is the one who's making Jeno hard to leave him. He is the one who pulls him closer.

The fear of getting abandoned by Jeno escalated when he accidently saw a glance of Jeno in an unbearable distance with Choi Hana. Possessiveness, anger and jealousy burned his already heated chest just for him to confidently pull Jeno to his side again.

He seduced him. He lured him with sex just so Jeno can eliminate all those thoughts about that woman. He made him long for his body until the undying piece of lust crashed his endurance.

Jaemin let the wild night died on his body but as soon as it seems to disappear, he is left with no confidence.

He doesn't know how to deal with this situation. He brought Jeno close to him and he can't just run away without a reason. Even if he can possibly reason, Jeno isn't going to allow him to lose his sight again. He knows what's best for him right now is to seize this chance as a way to get closer to this man.

Even if I try to run away from you, I know that I will end up in your embrace in the end so I don't feel like wasting your time, Jeno.

The well-build body that interwined him has claimed a peaceful sleep but Jaemin isn't able to reach up to that. He is in turmoil.

Jaemin looks up to the handsome features of the perfect man, looking sharp and adorable at the same time even in the morning. Since he couldn't move an inch from Jeno's tight hug, Jaemin allows his hand to freely caress on Jeno's cheek.

"I am not running away from you this time Lee Jeno. As long as you can accept me as who I am, I don't want my past to ruin our relationship"

The bigger body flinches a bit, brushing off last night's sweet wounds but Jaemin isn't bothered by that. He keeps staring at the perfect features that slowly drifts back into sleep. Those cupid bow lips mumble so many incomprehensible words but only one out of them makes it to his ears.

Jaemin smiles when Jeno pulls his upper body closer in the hug and that closeness brings him a better listening to what his is sleep-talking about. He steals a peck on Jeno's exposed chest and snuggles more into the body.

If this is a dream, I will never wake up just to stay like this with you Jeno. But I know....I know that I can make this happen by forgetting about what has been in the past and admire you more for accepting who I am.

"I love you so much, honeybear"

Mark accepts the handshake and water bottle that follows up to satisfy his worried heart.

"I really like the last one better" he hears the music director telling his opinion of the best preference of the song he was recording this whole morning.

He nods and drains down the bottle.

"I think the last one is the best out of all but I don't think it is the best yet"
