Have you ever experienced such confusion due to your deceptive emotions? Every person's capacity has boundary; of what he can think and of what he can do. Once your energy is all used up, you can do nothing with your concerns anymore.

Have you experienced going home drained from school? Stressed out from your job? Babbling because of your workloads? Having been bullied? Having mocked? Being scolded? Getting worse grades? Weary? Feeling of isolation? Or worst, have you experienced all of these simultaneously?

Many people tend to just sleep and to escape these in the easiest way they can. Some would just end up depriving their own lives.

"Do not deprive one another, except perhaps by agreement for a limited time, that you may devote yourselves to prayer; but then come together again, so that Satan may not tempt you because of your lack of self-control."

1 Corinthians 7:5 (Esv)

People do experience all these simultaneously leaving them with uncontrollable emotions which would suddenly turn into lack of self-control. From there, People will just choose to drink, party and hang out. But believe me, you will never solve your problems. You may forget them temporarily, but time after time problems will gradually chase after you. You just satisfy your mind that drinking and being wild will help you out. But no.

Putting an end into your life will never become a good idea. God is your creator, He alone has the right to deprive your life.

You must learn to SURRENDER everything to God for he genuinely cares for you. Soak yourself in prayer, cry out to God for He hears you (Psalm 34:6). The world may not understand the things you're going through, but God does. Be true to what you feel. Voice out your sadness, your disappointments, anger, frustration; the true condition of your heart. For God is our great comforter and He will comfort us. The Lord is our very present help in times of trouble. You can always count on him. In him, you will never fail.

Upon surrendering, learn also to surrender your dreams, hopes and plans to God so you will be guided accordingly.

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

Jeremiah 29:11

We hear this passage a lot of times. But it is what it is, God knows what is best for us, when we choose to surrender everything to Him, we will never be perplexed. We will become fixed and secured. Always remember that God's thoughts are way higher than us' as explained in previous chapters.

Before I was discouraged by a jeering mob because I'm not good at math and language. I always write gramatically incorrect sentences, usually have misspelled words and so forth, I can't solve an algebraic expression, nor prove an identity. I could not do my stoichiometry well at the same time. I often get corrected my oral recitation in my language class. I was about to cry due to embarassment. But the time I met God, I learned to surrender everything, my hopes, my dreams and all. I just asked God for math skills. I really desired it until one day, I was called to prove an identity infront of my classmates and gladly, I was able to answer it correctly. I was thanking God all along. He gave it. And everything's flowing smooth. Today, I'm just one of the few passers of my math subject and Glory to God for everything He has done.

You can declare this as you go along:

"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him."

James 1:5 (Esv)

Declaring verses is indeed powerful. You are claiming it already.

"Surrender and see how great God can do in your life."

-God loves you.
