It's very significant to be self aware when you have a mental illness.. because they can be so unpredictable. In turn make your thoughts and actions twist and turn. With Bipolar it is not talked about enough I feel. It
should be recognised for not only the down parts of this mental illness but also the awesome parts too. It doesn't always have to be down with Bipolar. There are quite a few good times that happen during a high, I assure you but also things that make you appreciate yourself even more. With that said, I'm going to list down a few potential things that could trigger people with Bipolar.Triggers:
•Social media
•Friends, even family or a partner
•Late nights'
•Not expressing your emotions
•Constant negative thoughts that can be controlled
•Not eating properly
•Not occupying yourself enoughDepression Symptoms:
Pushing people away
Feeling vulnerable
Feeling empty
Out of energy
Never motivated
Scared for what's to come in the future or present
Don't enjoy much of anything
Eat more or starve yourself
Feeling numb
UnhappyManic Symptoms:
Irritable
Socialable (feeling the need to relate)
Seeing yourself as very important for no reason
Rushing around to do a lot of things
Thinking things are related back to yourself
Over confident
Not seeing the risks involved
Thoughts racing
Restlessness
Swearing more perhaps
Jumping to conclusions
Really happy
Excitement
A lot of ideas
Thinking your opinion is always right
