Hi guys, it's the author here. So, I went to a camp last summer, and, while there, I decided to rewrite many of my fanfics. Not edit. Not Revise. REWRITE the whole thing altogether. Honestly, it was the best decision because now they are so much better.
For those of you who have followed me on Wattpad for a while, this story was originally called Friends with Youtubers. But to be honest, a lot of the plot has changed from the original idea and hopefully, my writing skills have improved substantially as well.
The description of this story will tell you what it's about; I'm here to tell you what to expect from the story (and me) and how to read certain things. For example, there will occasionally be an author's note at the beginning, end, or on rare occasions in the middle of the chapter. The story is told from Danielle's POV in the present tense. Although it will happen rarely, if at all, if the POV changes or there is a flashback it will be stated beforehand; all flashback sequences will be denoted with italics. Additionally, to improve the reading experience, I will provide for each chapter a picture of Danielle's outfit (or outfits if the case may be), hair, and makeup for that chapter. I've previously seen and done this in fanfics, and I really like the idea.
Also, this is a work of FICTION. Don't take anything written or talked about in this story as factual or true. That being said, I'm trying to make this story as realistic as possible. However, I'm not perfect or all-knowing, so if I get something wrong, don't hate. Just let me know where the mistake is, and I'll fix it as soon as I can. I feel like I should also say that Danielle is just my OC and her feelings toward event, things, and other people are her's and not mine. I created this character entirely based on an idea and write her as I think she should be written. This does not mean I support, believe in, approve of, or agree with everything she says and does.
If I find any hate in the comments directed towards me, another person, or someone mentioned in this story, it will be removed or flagged, or whatever the process or term may be. This has been my policy since the beginning, and I can't stand it when I see this in the comments of other authors' works. If you want to rant about something a character does, then go ahead but considering this story contains real people, I don't want to see any hate comments targeted toward them specifically.
