Chapter 3: Breaks and Kisses?

Katniss P.O.V

I was walking to my locker, I just separated from my friends saying i would meet themin Biology. The bell just went and the halls slowly clear until it's just me or so i thought?..... I can smell that smell again, it's a mix between Wood and Pine and also a bit of Paint, and i can't help but Love it.

So once the smell is strong i decide to follow it and as i follow it i realise that it's leading me outside the school and to the starting of the woods. Out of the corner of my eye i see something run past and through the trees and what ever it is it's running fast, so i decide to chase after it but after a couple of minutes i've completly lost it, seriously what ever it is it's really REALLY fast, once i know i have lost it I just start to wander around taking in all of this Beautiful Nature that i absolutly adore.

After about 30 minutes I stop only to see a pile of clothles on the floor, I bend down to have a look at them and they seem to be Male clothles but who would leave them here. Suddenly I can smell that scent again it's so Gorgeous as i start to stand back up I feel heavy breathing on the back of my neck, i don't know why i'm not running for my life but i just have a feeling that it isn't anything bad......i hope.

I ever so slowly turn around and as i turn i only come to find myself face to face with a HUGE Black Wolf but it looks so familiar. Before i even know what's happening, I slowly lift my hand and edge it nearer to it's face and finally i stroke it's enormous head, as my hand makes contact i feel sparks....spar....Peeta it's peeta, the wolf's head leans into my hand.

When he opens his eyes they are the the most Clear-Ocean-Blue eyes i have ever seen, they are just breathtaking, Suddenly he is on high alert frantically looking around until it stops, growls and turns only to face my dad.....WAIT DAD!

"What are you doing Katniss?" My dad finally asks.

I just stand there, then say " I don't know?, I was just following a scent but it lead me here" 

He looks from me to the wolf,Peeta, and says " Din't i tell you to stay away from her!"

IT IS PEETA, I WAS RIGH....i mean cool i knew it all along.

But to be honest his eyes were the biggest give away, i mean their Cute, Hot, Icredible and Se - ok STOP Katniss ok Just S.T.O.P

But out of nowhere my dad jumps and tackles Peeta, and i yell "NO,STOP"  

But Peeta is the one who actually listens because he has basically pinned my dad so technically not fighting, but suddenly Peeta leans down and roars in his face( and might i add my dad's fac was pricle- ok Katniss not the time for that). I watch as Peeta gets off of my dad and walks past me picks up his clothes,in his mouth, and walks deep into the forest.

Before my dad could catch me I full on sprinted my way back school and just as the bell go's, 'just in time for Lunch' I think. My friends know where to find me, the library because i get ' Claustrphobic ' it's the only thing i could come up with and the fact is they know i LOVE reading, books are like my life- my children. On my way I smell Peeta's scent again but as soon as i smell it it's gone, so i shrug it off thinking it probably in my mind.

IN THE LIBRARY! ;)

I was pretty much they only person in the library as usual, as i was stacking books i saw a blur out the corner of my eye i turn and have a look but no-ones there so i say "Hello is anyone there?" but i got no answer. So i pick up more books and go to the next isle but suddenly i get pushed up against the book shelf dropping all of the books i was holding and a couple fell off of the shelf.

I look up but only to be met by Peeta's piercing blue eyes. He moves his head down near my ear and whispers "You got to stop teasing me you know that, I don't want to be beat up or murdered by your dad i like walking striaght and living Thank you" .

I shiver as his hot breath makes contact with my skin, he puts a single kiss on my neck and it sends warmth and tingles through out my whole body, i gasp and grab his arms. I can feel him smile against my neck and he whispers " You feel it too" I nod because that's all i could do at the minute. He starts to trail kisses up my neck, across my jaw and cheek, Seriously if he wasn't holding me up i would have fallen by now. He stops just at the side of my lips, Oh My God can't he just kiss me already he is literally killing me!, he slowly starts to lean in and so do i.

As soon as our lips meet sparks are flying everywhere, our lips move perfectly in sync, it feels like i'm on Cloud 9 and it's heaven. His hands go down to my waist and lifts me up and i jump an wrap my legs around his waist, as this happens my hands travel from his very toned arms up to his big broad shoulders then to his hair and pull him closer, well try to because i don't think we physically can anymore than we have.

 The kiss starts to get heated pretty fast, his tong glides along my bottom lip asking for an entrance and i gladly accept our tongs fight for dominance and his wins. After a couple more minutes he reluctuntly pulls away and says" Someones coming, I'll see you soon" he puts me down and pecks me lightly and uses his super-speed to get away. i stand there with my fingers on my lips as they still tingle and my breath slowly go's back to normal. I snap out of my day-dream when i hear the bell on the door indicating someone just walked in and judging by their scent it's my friends Annie and Clove, i quickly pick up all the books and put them on the shelf as soon as i put the last book on the shelf they yell my name "KATNISS !"

I reply " OVER HERE!" they smile when they see me and start telling me a story that happened at Lunch, as i listen i just can't help but smile to myself because of that heated moment i had not that long ago.

And the sparks are still going off like wild Animals in my stomach.........
