I had just now awoken from another time fainting. My head was still pounding and my whole body hurt like it was almost right after falling on Angel. 'Oh great, it wasn't a dream.' I thought to myself sarcastically. I opened my eyes and decided to sit up, in the bed I was in?'Wait a minute, that doesn't seem right. I wasn't in a bed.' I felt the blanket covering me and then looked around the new room I haven't seen before. 'Or in this room.' My thoughts continued as I looked around and described the room to myself.
Dark crimson walls, flooring, and head board for the bed. Lighter red carpets and painting as well as a mini couch with the blankets. Technically just a lot of red. But right beside my bed was a desk with a letter on it. The note was stamped with wax, an old thing, and addressed to me.
I curious grabbed the letter and opened it carefully, since I wasn't really the type to rip things open ever. A single sheet of paper was in there, it said, "(Y/n)! You gave us quite a scare, but there's no doubt that you'll wake up eventually." This I could tell was obviously Charlie. "Whenever you wake up and read this, come down to the lobby, I need to get a bit of information from you so you can stay, as well as explain things because it didn't seem as Angel did such a good job. Hope you feel better! -Charlie."
'The lobby?' I knew what it looked like and been there before but I don't know how to get there. 'Well, I better get looking.' So I got up and out of the room, memorizing the number on the door. '14, okay then.' I gently closed the door and went down first hallway.
*Little tiny time skip, brought to you by @The_lazy_child, if I remembered my username correctly*
'God that took a while.' I had went down the wrong halls so so many times it was sickening. Another great thing (sarcasm) they had was all, or at least most, of the halls were red. Red, red, red, everywhere. But eventually, I made my way to a massive staircase which I presumed lead to the lobby.
As any normal person would do, I got so annoyed at the stairs so I decided to slide down on the railings. I mean, I was already dead, what's the worst that could happen? So, I sat on the rail, holding on to the end that was at the top, and when I was ready I let go.
My balance was completely perfect and at the end there was no stopper to smash my side into so it was a total of thirty seconds to get to the bottom of the stairs. And when I reached the bottom, I landed on my feet. I guess that's what figure skating does to a person.
(Oh wait, forgot to tell you that you used to be a phenomenal figure skater in your past life. You'll find out more about yourself later though :) )
I looked around to see if anyone was there, just like Charlie said in the note she left. But the place was empty, as I suspected. So I just decided I'd look around for a bit. Then the paintings on the walls caught my eyes and I got completely off track and looked at those instead.

Yet again this is going to be a split chapter because it's getting too long, but I'll probably publish them the same day and time so, you don't have to worry about that I guess. <3
