The demons can pose and act and look like the original, but first they try to kill the host, and then they kill who they have close relations with

The demon is like the original, but the color faded, they are more sadistic, their voice is distorted, and they are out to replace their original host to go up into a special place for them called "Smokey Hills" so their sins  can be unforgiven forever
No angel or devil can touch them, they exist to punish people for their sins that have lingered for too long.

They basically have no color, well. Some color; but its all faded

And they are just living their eternal lives in Smokey hills.

Until someone tries to bring love into Smokey Hills
