Austin's POV

Opening the door to the condo I share with my girlfriend. I step inside the house and place my keys in the dish on the table next to the door.

Casey bounds down the hall and throws herself into my arms. She kisses my lips and pulls back. Looking into my eyes she asks. "What are we doing tonight?"

Keeping her in my arms I say. "I'm going out with the boys. You know we do that on Fridays at the beginning of the month."

"Damn," she opens her robe and shows me her body. "I was hoping that you'd fuck me all night."

Shaking my head. "No, it's not going to happen. I look forward to hanging out with my friends every month. We can do that tomorrow night."

Casey jumps off the bed. "I won't be home tonight, Austin. You've got a hand. Use that for the night." She walks into the bathroom and then slams the door.

Pulling out a pair of black denim shorts I place them on the bed and search for a shirt to go with it. I settle on a white shirt with Harley Davidson on it.

Grabbing a pair of running shoes I put them on and then head to the door. I pick up my keys from the dish and head out of the house.

When I get to Allusive I see the boys in a booth and they're all laughing.

Walking over to them I say. "Hey, guys."

Ronnie fist bumps me. "Hey, Austin. How's things?"

Sitting next to him I say. "Works going great, but things with Casey is..."

Dwayne scrunches up his nose. "You know we all hate that girl. She's nothing but a leech that's sucking you dry. I don't know how she can stay with you as long as she has. Are you still using protection with her?"

"Ah," I scratch the back of my head. "Tonight was the first night I didn't, but I did pull out before I could cum inside her."

Ronnie shoves me. "You're really ready to share that with us?" He stands up and looks around the table. "I actually have some news for you."

"I've been waiting for this," Leo says. "Is Nina pregnant?"

He shakes his head. "No, we got a puppy. She believes raising a dog will teach her patients before she has a child." Lowering his voice he adds. "I've been doing my best to get her pregnant. I think she's actually onto me."

"When are you going back to Shelton Shores? Have you met her family?"

Ronnie's face pales. "No, I haven't met her family. That's something we're going to do when we go back for the high school reunion."

Leo and Dwayne smile. "We're going to the reunion too. I wouldn't want to miss out on all the drama that's going to unfold there."

"What drama?" I ask.

All three guys look at each other before Leo says. "The one that's going to happen when Eliza and you see each other again. We all know how it was during high school. You too were perfect for each other and then you had to ruin everything by coming here. Never returning home to the girl you gushed about for many years."

"Have any of you been back to town since we left?"

Dwayne looks at the other guys and when none of them say anything. He replies. "I've been going back on and off for years. Eliza's still there and it looks like she's doing pretty well. Sometimes, she's at the bar helping her father or she's at home with her mother.

"How's Wendy doing? I haven't seen her since..." I cut myself off and look at the guys. "Since, prom. That was the last time I saw her before she had the stroke."

Ronnie places his hand on my shoulder and says. "No, wonder you're in shit with that family. They're not going to forgive you that easily for what you did to their daughter and her siblings are going to hate you as well. They're all there for each other all the time."

That's not true. I know for a fact that her siblings abandoned her when their mother was released after the stroke.

Eliza was the one that took everything on. While her older siblings went back to their lives and the younger ones had school to attend. She had to help her mother around the house and sort out her father's books for the business. Then work at the club when her Dad wanted to spend the night with his wife.

I may have not been there when she needed me, but my parents were always there to tell me what was going on in her life.

Leo raises his glass and says. "To going back in time to see our peers and how bad they turned out."

We all clink our glasses and take a drink.
