"Okay but we have to tell her"

"No she hasn't spoke to him since they broke up"

"Okay and? She'll be pissed and you know how she is when we don't tell her anything. I couldn't sleep for two weeks!"

"Tell me what?" Olivia raised an eyebrow at her two best friends, as she sat down at the lunch table. Alvaro and Roshaun looked at her with wide eyes.

"Nothing" Alvaro stuttered, drinking his water. Olivia glared at him, knowing he always drinks water when he's hiding something.

"Spill it" Olivia stared at the two.

"Liv it's nothing we swear!" Roshaun said in high pitched voice. Olivia rolled her eyes.

"You guys are the worst liars ever. You drink water when you lie and you're voice goes up like ten octaves"  Olivia told them. Roshaun and Alvaro looked at eachother before looking at her.

"Do not!" They both said - Alvaro spilling water from his mouth and Roshaun squeaking. Olivia gave them a both 'told you' look, before taking a sip of her water.

"Fine. We'll tell you" Roshaun sighed, defeated. The girl smiled, proud of herself.

Alvaro looked at Roshaun and then to Olivia, "The boy are coming to Florida for break" Alvaro muttered. Olivia paused for a moment, trying to process what he just said. She hasn't talked to the New Jersey trio for a while now and that was for one reason only - Mattia Polibio.

Her and Mattia broke up after a month and a half of her returning back to Orlando. They couldn't do the whole long distance anymore and it was getting hard for them to travel back and forth. After they broke up, Mattia took it differently. He was seen with a new girl every other week and it was reported on TikTok room almost every second. She didn't know how true it was but it hurt - it hurt even more when no one had told her what was going on and she had to learn it from instagram.

She talks to Kairi here and there but thats about it. Her and Alejandro stopped talking after her and Mattia broke up. But them two didn't have anything against her or anything - just lost communication.

"I'm glad for you guys. You guys needed a little reunion" Olivia simply said, coming to terms with it. Alvaro and Roshaun looked at eachother before looking at her.

"He's coming as well" Roshaun explained fo her. Olivia nodded, understanding him.

"Look we broke up, I'm not gonna stop you guys from talking to him or seeing him. You guys were friends way before me and him were together. I'm over it" Olivia shrugged, eating her carrot.

Alvaro smiled at his friend for being so calm about it. He opened his mouth to speak but Olivia interrupted him, "Plus it was clearly just a summer fling to him. He isn't capable of having a relationship with someone. Declaring love and all that bullshit," Alvaro glanced at Roshaun who was just staring at Olivia. "A complete asshole who can't take responsibility for his actions." Olivia went on.

"Is this you being over him?" Roshaun asked. Olivia glared, throwing a carrot at him.

"Yes." Olivia huffed. "Wheres Vanessa?" Olivia asked, annoyed of this conversation.

"She had to finish her Chemistry test, so she's missing lunch" Alvaro told her. Olivia nodded, needing her best friend at this time.

"When are they coming?" Olivia muttered, playing with her food.

"Alejandro is coming Friday and then Mattia and Kairi are coming a few days after" Alvaro explained to the brunette girl.

Olivia looked up at them and gave them a fake smile, "Well ringing in the new year will be fun" Olivia grabbed her stuff and left the lunchroom.
