Passing The Torch

Three months have passed since the trio discovered Eri with life for them being somewhat normal. At least, as normal as adopting a baby and turning a villain into KFV can be. During their appointment with the doctor, they found out that Eri is as healthy as any child her age is without an issue with formula. Though they had nothing to fear, it was good for them to know that Ochako and Momo can nurse if need be when they're in a pinch. They also discovered that Eri's horn on her head is related to her quirk. Apparently, it was a very powerful quirk that could rewind things to a preexisting state and only worked on human beings. This would be concerning to them when she fully activates it, but they put in a request for a quirk cancelling wristband just in case she accidentally activates it. The band will start to beep if the quirk would activate and give people a fair word of warning so they could work to manage against it. She had problems in the beginning, but Eri eventually got used to it and didn't mind it as much.

This morning was a normal one for the trio with Izuku up early making breakfast for everyone with Eri nuzzled soundly in a harness on his back. The toddler was not sleeping soundly the night before and didn't want to let go of Izuku this morning. So as a way to work around this, Izuku put on the harness to let her stay holding on to her father while he handled some morning duties of his own. "Morning Izuku." Nana walked in yawning while grabbing a cup of coffee. "Morning mom." She walked over to tickle Eri's face while smiling at her little grandchild. "She didn't want to let go?" "Nope." While they were talking, Momo and Ochako came out in Izuku's shirts covering them and making it look like they were only wearing this. "Morning you two." "Morning Izuku." Both answer with some yawns before Ochako takes Eri out of the harness. She starts to wake up to see her two mothers and smile. "And how is our little snowball today?" Ochako says this with a baby face with Eri giggling at the attention.

"So how's life going with you two?" "It's a transition, but we are taking it step by step." Momo says this while warming a bottle of formula for Eri. She tests it on her skin with Eri not flinching to indicate that the temperature was right before giving the now 6 month old baby her morning breakfast. "You two definitely took to motherhood quickly. You should be proud of yourselves." "Thanks." Ochako and Momo go to sit down at the table with Izuku bringing over a few plates of food for them all to share. "So Izuku, when's the next one coming?" "MOM/MRS. SHIMURA!" The three answer in unison with Eri only watching without much knowledge on what's going on. "What? I know you three have already done it. Also, that lipstick on your butt doesn't help your situation Izuku." "WE DIDN'T GET THAT KINKY LAST NIGHT!" "...So you three agree you've done that before?" Izuku puts his head on the table with Ochako and Momo facepalming themselves at their poor choice of words. "Again Izuku, perverted as your father." "Let's change the subject please, I don't want to talk about this in front of Eri." "*burp*!" Everyone turns their attention to a giggling child who just finished her breakfast.

Everyone decided to finally start eating with Nana starting a new topic. "So how far are you from being done with the beach cleanup?" "I was actually able to finish it last night ahead of schedule. We're gonna meet Toshi today so he can pass on OFA to me." "That's good. Now I should warn you about something very important when you get the quirk." Nana became rather serious when talking to her son. "OFA is an energy stockpile quirk that can be passed down. The effects it has on your body alone is extraordinary. You've seen what a person like Toshi can do with it. But if it was given to someone with a quirk, the original quirk will have a major boost. My Float was able to get powerful enough where I can float large buildings like it was nothing." "And I'm getting it two generations later, which means it's going to be stronger." Nana snapped her fingers before pointing at Izuku. "Exactly. To be honest, my quirk isn't powerful like yours. So you need to be even more careful with it and how you combine the two if you ever do. Your quirk will be at least 9 times stronger than it already is. Do not take this lightly." "I won't. I promise I will handle this the best I can mom." Nana smiled at this before ruffling her son's hair.
