As the clock ticked upon the dark walls, another sigh was heard, followed by a slamming of the pen. The long hand finally made it to 6 where as the short was on 12. The white furred Alpha Male hopped up from his seat and walked towards the large open panel windows that adorned the side of his office. He watched as the mass of wolves in the court trained profusely with a look of strong will plastered on their faces.

Grabbing his coat from his chair, he grabbed his phone and rushed out of the office and into his car. He only had two hours to do what he was planning since everyone will be quite busy in the mean time. His beta will not be around to talk him out of it and he definitely didn't want to put him in any danger. He knew he had to do this on his own.

The arrival at his destination was faster than he thought, as he sighed loudly and hopped out of the car. The eerie silence as he stood in front of the abandoned building rose his pores upon his skin but he pushed the nagging of his wolf to the back of his head and stepped inside.

The room was dark and the creaking of the boards as he walked was the only sounds heard. He knew that this was a suicide mission, but to protect his loved ones and his pack, he will go to the extreme.

Walking up the old stairs, he knew immediately that they heard him because the hissing begun immediately.

"What do we have here?" One spoke as Jabari stood midway on the staircase.

"I'm just here to talk." He begun, "there is no need for anymore blood shed," He continued.

"No more bloodshed?" The vampire spoke in a singsong voice. "What if we want bloodshed? Plenty bloodshed, yes!"

"I offer myself up to you so that you can leave my city alone." Ghost howled in anger as he scratched upon the floors of his subconscious.

"Oh? Big bad Alpha is scared of little bats?" The same vampire spoke. "How about we take you and that cute blonde man you're always parading around with?" He laughed. The jaw of the Alpha twitched at the mention of Jack and he balled his hands together and formed a tight fist.

"Take the offer." He demanded.

"Or what? You're here alone. We can kill you and kill your friends right after." He laughed.

"This is my final warning for you to take the offer," Jabari growled loudly as Ghost tried his hardest to take over.

"I'm trembling," the vampire laughed.

In two seconds, Ghost surfaced and with no wait, he yanked the vampire's throat from his neck. The other vampires rushed to attack Ghost but they were no match for the alpha wolf that stood 7 feet tall above them. With risen claws, Ghost unleashed all his fury onto the scaly creatures.

"We will kill you wolf!" They yelled as they fought in the battle. Ghost was relentless in his attacks and not one scratch adorned his body. His feet moved fast as he remembered all the training he had to endure as a child- a young child. With quick feet, he attacked the vampires one by one and none of them had any chance to do the same.

His white, thick fur was covered in blood and his eyes turned into a golden shade that only occurs when he is extremely angry. Jabari sat back in his subconscious and let Ghost have his fun. It's been a while since he allowed Ghost to play and it was only obvious how much fun he was having.

The number of vampires dwindled and Ghost howled in anger. He trotted out of the abandoned house, leaving a pile of ashes on the dirty, broken floors. He eyed his surroundings carefully and listening attentively. The soft hisses of other vampires was heard and with a small smirk to his snout, Ghost leapt forward immediately.

Vampires all surrounded him with looks of hatred on their faces. Ghost smirked at them and licked his paw lightly. He then dropped his feet with a large thud and the ground shook.

"You killed them?" Austin spoke first, his red eyes twinkling. Austin was a herd leader that everyone knew because of his recklessness. Jabari hated him ever since and him standing here at this time deepened that hatred.

A low grunt escaped Ghost and he stepped forward and the vampires stood back. They already understood what was meant and they hissed at him. They all circled around him as though he was their last prey.

With a last hiss, a vampire launched itself towards Ghost but he was no match as Acadia jumped over the vampires and bit down on his neck. His large paw stomped on his face, leaving him in a pit of ash.

Ghost stared in confusion as Acadia stood to the front of him. "How did he know?" Ghost questioned to himself but stood to the side of Acadia none the less. Their eyes held anger and the vampires noticed. They bent their heads slightly and in a flash they all disappeared.

Acadia let out a low grunt and allowed Anthony to take back control. Ghost did the same and Jabari turned to him with a deep scowl.

"What the fuck Anthony?" He yelled in frustration.

"What the fuck? No, you what the fuck? You think you're fucking invincible? Coming here doing the fucking most with these blood sucking fuckers? Come on man! We're brothers, bind as one. When you hurt, I hurt. Or have you forgotten?" Anthony yelled in frustration at his Alpha.

"I had a plan!" He said sternly and began walking to his car.

"What was the plan Jabari? Get yourself killed? Huh?" He yelled and then followed him.

"I was going to make a treaty. I cannot stand here and watch my pack members get killed Anthony. I rather give myself up and y'all survive."

"Survive? What about me? Mir-" he stopped and looked away. "Listen to me Jabari! You're the strongest Alpha I've ever known. Everyone respects you, no matter their status. If anyone can bring us back from this war, it's you." He said softly as Jabari laid his head to the top of his car with his hands on his head.

"Let's go!" Jabari said and they both hopped in his car and drove away. The drive back to the pack house was silent as they both had so much running through their minds.

The moment they hopped out the car, Alpha Jack walked up to Jabari with a deep scowl. He sighed loudly before pulling the man straight to his room because he knew he was about to get an earful.

"Let me go Jabari."

The blue eyed male obliged and sat on his bed removing his shirt in the process.

"Do you even think sometimes?" He began, "you could've been killed," he yelled.

"I'm here now!"

"You're here now? Are you even? Oh my God Jabari sometimes I think that you don't care about anyone but yourself. You're so selfish. Did you think about the repercussions of your actions?"

"I'm being selfish?" Jabari asked lowly, his blue eyes getting darker as his anger rose.

Jack scowled and began walking towards the door but Jabari was faster and slammed it shut. "I did that for fucking you. How can I say I love you and I do nothing to protect you? If giving myself up would keep you safe then I'll do it again." He growled lowly.

"The only person on my mind 24/7 is you. I know your smell from a mile away. I can tell when you're in pain every time Jack. I love you so much that it hurts every time you're not in this fucking bed with me. You're not my mate but even if I do find them, I'll deny them for you Jack. Do you even know how far my love for you goes?" By now his voice has softened and he used his thumb to wipe the stray tears from his lover's face.

"I'm sorry for putting you through that pain Jackie, I just wanted to ensure that you all was safe." He apologized and wrapped his arms around his lover.

"I love you so much Jabari." Jack said softly and planted a kiss on his cheek.

"I love you too."
