Baka (Age 4)
"Come on Janis hurry up!" "I'm trying! Don't wake him up." He heard in his sleep. He woke up but stayed sleeping. "This is wrong Masamune." "We have 3 kids. We have triplets. Getting rid of one will help us with money and food problems." What? "I know but..." "But what?" "Does it have to be our only son? Our oldest?" His mom cried out. "Janis I know this is hard, but he'll have a better life here. A better family and better raising. Look I love him, I do. But we don't have enough money and we were only a fling but I'm the father." He said to his crying girlfriend. "We're young. We just graduated high school two years ago. It's hard but let's give him a better life okay?" She nodded kissing her son on the head and putting him down at the doorstep. Masamune knocked on the door and they ran away. Leaving the young boy to get up and cry wondering where he is. "My goodness. Who left you here?" The rain poured as the social worker brought him into the orphanage. He was confused. He didn't understand why they left him. Why they abandoned him. Why they didn't want him. He cried. He didn't know what he did wrong. Why? Why would they leave him? Why?Foster Care Montage #1
He was 5, his foster care parents cared about him. Bought him anything and fed him. He was happy but he couldn't bring himself to have a real smile. At one point they almost adopted him but a night terror had happened and they didn't want a kid who couldn't control his sleep, so they sent him back. Him having tears not knowing what he did wrong.#2
He went to another one now the age 7. He didn't want to go back but decided he would. This family was kind but strict but he liked them. They discipline him and his other siblings but it was for him to understand and learn. Like the other family, when he had an anxiety attack they sent him back. Not understanding what he did wrong.#3
He was now 8 still never understanding what he did wrong. He saw another boy at the orphanage struggling as he was abandoned by his mom. He was made fun of and they called him Oroka. His nickname was Baka since well he would call people that as they tried to approach him and talk to him. He just told them to go away and leave him alone. This foster was worse. Making him do slave work but he didn't care because he knew he be sent back. They would degrade him if he did bad the insults getting to him. It made him cry so he made sure to do something wrong so they send him back and he did breaking 20 plates. They called him useless and worthless and they sent him back insults getting him. This was the start of the abuse he would go through.#4
This family was the worst. They degrade him, insult him, make fun of him, bully him just make him feel worthless. Make him seem as if he did something wrong. Threaten to hurt him. Mentally hurt him anything they could do to mentally abuse him. When he misbehaved they make it "go dark" a torture method in which they drown him until he passed out but it wouldn't kill him. The abuse to himself was worse. The self-abuse to his skin as the trauma sunk in and the words making him suffer to depression. He was only 9. He would often beg them to send him back. He finally did when he fought back against their torture method "go dark." Hurting his foster mother and brother. His foster father being upset against his will to fight. Sending him back saying he's a problematic child and that no one would ever adopt him. He responded spitting in his face. Being sent to his room broken.#5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10
They were all the same. Cruel or sweet. He was broken by his 4th foster family that he didn't want anything to do with foster care. The metal abuse continued and the slave work as well as torture methods. Wheater it be he walk on his knees in rocks to having to eat three jalapenos whole or getting lashes it was always the same. The insults, bullying, degrading, and making him seem as if it's all his fault. Age 9 through 11 he would always be sent back but it didn't matter to him. The final family was cruel that he didn't even last a week before he fought back and got sent back.Orphanage
"You keep getting sent back!" "You've been through 10 foster families!!" "You won't get adopted if you keep this up!!" "WHY DON'T YOU GO SUCK A DICK FOR BEING A WORTHLESS SOCIAL WORKER!!!!" He screamed and they stayed silent. "I'VE BEEN THROUGH TORTURE TO MENTAL ABUSE TO THE SELF-ABUSE I GIVE MYSELF!!! HAVE YOU SEEN MY FUCKING BODY?!?! MY ARMS?!!? NO!! BECAUSE YOU DONT CARE ABOUT US! YOU'LL GIVE US TO ABUSIVE HOMES IF IT MEANS YOU CAN GO TO STRIP CLUBS AND BE SLUTS HAVING SEX WITH MULTIPLE MEN!!! YOU BITCHES CAN GO SUCK A DICK AND DIE LIKE THE WHORES YOU ARE!!!" He screamed more making them look at him. He seethed and walked away."It's your fault I'm like this." He growled to his social worker. She looked at him and cried knowing that she is the reason of his trauma and psychological problems. "What have I done?" She cried. He cried and stared at wounds on his arms. He was 9 when he first did it. It made him feel better. He just looked at them. He sighed and cuddled his pillow. "I'll never be free."
Baka (Age 12)
He sat lazily. The other kids gossiping or just talking. "Hey-" "Fuck off baka." He said to the girl who just huffed annoyed with his manners. Dont give a fuck what you think dumb bitch. He laid his chin in his hand and hissed when his skin rubbed against his jacket sleeves. He was wearing one of his jackets that were a size too big, a weird designed pink shirt that showed a dragon with sunglasses on doing a backflip, his black ripped jeans, and his black and white converse. He also had on a spiked bracelet that he stole and a fake lip ring because he liked them. For a 12 year-old, it's an odd dress choice but in South Cartney, it's common for young kids to be this way. Rebellious, rude, and curse at a young age. Cartney is a bad place for all three sides. South was the worst, Middle was the same but calmer and North just a bunch of stuck up snobs who have money. He didn't really care much about people or anything but he loved dancing. He would sneak into a dance studio and practice. He was an amazing dancer. He started dancing when he went to his first foster family they were proud of it. He smiled slightly but kept his frown all he wanted was to dance. He figured if he continued to dance he would make something of himself. "Maybe get out of Cartney." He said. "Pffft." He snapped his gaze at the other kids and glared.
"What's funny?" He said in a monotoned voice. They laughed more then the boy on the right decided to speak. "No one can leave Cartney. Once you're in you can't get out." "Bullshit." He said slamming his fist on the table. "Dude it's true." A girl said and he looked at him. "People try to leave this place all the time. For years you can leave but you always come back." She said. He seethed and went back to his position. I'll leave this shithole. I'll prove it. Get out of Cartney is my goal. They went and he made a scene about the social workers and foster care and left to his room crying. They want me to suffer. He heard a knock. "Fuck off!" He yelled as he continued to cry. I will not go through that pain again.
Time skip
"My mom abandoned me." He looked at his new roommate. He told him how his parents left him. They laughed about how parents are dicks and to screw the foster care system. They did a handshake. He felt close to his roommate already. Maybe it won't be bad. "What's your name?" "I'm-"To be continued....
