The Moon and Stars [Yejisu]

Friday, 5:30 p.m.

Yeji's POV

The last class for this week just ended and I'm planning to just go home without waiting and bidding a goodbye to my three friends. I went out from the classroom then called my butler whose now waiting at the gate.

The fact that they'll be out at 6 just means I'll have to wait for 30 more minutes just because they have an additional class for today. I have to go home early today as well because we'll have a dinner later with Seulgi unnie.

It's been a long time since I had a time with my cousin. She's busy as she's now the CEO of her family's company. We're actually close that I wouldn't lie that I missed her. She's actually my role model, she's cool and somewhat scary at times but she's actually a sweetheart.

I was actually cold and rude to my parents when I was young due to my father is originally cold and rude too before he met mom. They're always at the company that made lonely and mad at them. But as I met Seulgi unnie, she became my playmate during those time that I'm alone. She made me understand things like it's actually for my future and my parents are just working hard and it's because of me. That's how I became warm to them, thanks to Seulgi unnie.

"Miss, we're home." my butler said and I nod muttering a quiet "thank you" to them. I'm not expressive but I'm trying to show them that I'm really thankful despite of my attitude.

I went in and it's still quiet, maybe the maids are done on their job for today. Mom and dad aren't still at home and I assume they'll arrive a little while. I went to my room and rest for a bit then I went to take a bath and prepare for the dinner later.

After preparing, I went on my phone and just check some things in it then I heard a knock.

"Miss, Mister and Lady are waiting downstairs." my butler said as he took a peek from the slightly opened door.

"Tell them I'm coming, thank you." I said then check if I had everything I need on my bag then went downstairs. As I met them, I kissed their cheeks planting a smile on my face.

"Are you now all set, Yeji-ah?" father asked as I nod for response. We went to our car then take off. My parents are talking about something while one air pod is on my left ear, I'm listening to some music. I looked outside the window to see the moon and stars. There's just some of them now as the sun just got down an hour ago. I love looking at them, they're beautiful that I can stare at them for the rest of my life.

"Yeji-ah, are you excited to see your Seulgi unnie?" my mother asked and I turn my head on their direction to face them.

"Yes, eomma. It's been a long time." I said with a smile on my face. I don't how I was able to put such smile in front, I mean it's not a fake one.

"Oh, and Yeji-ah, I heard that she won't be alone. She'll bring someone along." my father said with a wide grin on his face making me wonder who could that be.

"We're here, Mister." the butler said and opened the door for us. Unnie really knew me so well, she picked up my favorite restaurant where we usually hangout before. Even I could feel the bliss in my veins as I remember all those old good days, I keep my straight face as we enter the restaurant. The waiter led us to private room inside the restaurant. We went in and Seulgi unnie is already there seated with another woman, she's familiar tho.

She greeted my parents with a wide smile and as for me, she went for a tight hug that I willingly responded. As for the other woman she's with, she greeted us with bow of gratitude and a shy smile on her face, she really is familiar. Where did I see her again?
