Tonight was a gorgeous night. I was at the beach taking a stroll on this late night. I wanted to get away from all of the fuss and commotion that was happening on my life.

Today I had to take a day off from all of the madness. Tonight there wasn't a single soul on the beach. The stars shined in the light and I soon became entranced.

Sometimes I get to spend all the alone time I need. Although I was just a junior in high school I had so many dreams and achievements that I based my pride on, but most of the time I was here at the beach.

Honestly, going to the beach on a starry night like this me was an ideal time for me, and I usually came here to clear my head.

My (h/l) hair was flying through the wind, and tonight I was wearing a long black sleeveless dress that was so beautiful, because the fabric moved so smoothly and it made me feel so beautiful.

Tonight it was a friend of mine's graduation and she was hosting a huge party. Sometimes I enjoy this type of stuff, but today was a little overwhelming. I decided to ditch the party and spend my time here on the shore.

While I was walking on the beach I saw a black jacket move through the wind and I realized someone besides myself was here at the beach. I decided to approach this person, because maybe they were here to search for the solemn silence I was here for.

The closer I got to them the more I realized what they were doing. The person was a man, who wore a black jacket and a matching black hat. He had some type of straight but curly black hair, and it seemed he was writing notes, or something on a piece of paper. He was squatting down so I couldn't see as well, but he looked tall.

Once I approached him I asked him, "Hey! What are you doing? Did you come here to find peace and quiet like me?" I smiled softly at him.

He looked at me and we locked gazes. Once I saw him, I was taken aback a little bit, just surprised because of the wonderful beauty, his eyes. They looked almost glowing, and they were a gorgeous aquamarine color. His facial features were flawless, and he looked so... Perfect.

He replied, "Hmm..." and he had no emotion in his eyes. He looked so serious, and it was so cool...? My big (e/c) eyes were sparkling in curiosity and amazement.

I sat next to him, and I admired the stars without saying a word. I appreciated the silence that was given and I admired the beautiful, bright stars in the sky.

"If you don't mind me asking, what's your name?" I asked. My arms were rested behind me, and my feet were slightly getting pushed by the waves.

"Jotaro." He said bluntly. He didn't take his eyes off the notepad he was scribbling his notes on.

"Y/n." I said. I sighed and I looked at my feet which were kept by some black heels. I took them off and set them to the side.

I got up and started wading into the deep, blue, ocean, not staying too far in. The water was reaching to my knees. "Isn't the water, the ocean, the beach, and the life here so magical?" I asked him giving him a friendly look. The shimmer and sparkle in my eyes gleamed against the moonlight, and the stars.

Surprisingly Jotaro waded to me and pulled me back to the shore. "The tides get high, and the water is cold this time of the night, so you shouldn't go in." He said.

I sighed giving him a longing look. He turned away, and said, "Okay we will go into the water together. Don't let go of my hand." I could feel the excitement well up inside of me.

I grabbed his hand and we started wading into the water. I glanced at his notepad and he was sketching something. It looked similar to a dolphin, but the darkness outside made it difficult to see. Jotaro had a stoic look on his face, and you could never see his emotions because of the serious expression.

I admired him because I was a (go lucky happy person/a kind of sad depressed person) and I thought he was brave and tough. Once we had been in the water for awhile it started to get cooler and the waves were rough.

"Hey, Jotaro? Can we go back to the shore?" I asked him. I started to shiver and I was pretty uncomfortable.

"Yeah." He said so bluntly. I was surprised for a bit, but I just realized he was that type of person. I honestly don't know how to deal with those types because they express little to no emotion.

Once we waded back he noticed I was shivering so he put his jacket around me which made me a little warmer. It smelled of cigarettes and a hint of cologne. I kind of liked the smell, because (I didn't smoke so I wasn't used to it but I liked it/I smoke so it made me feel a little bit better).

I saw one of my friends rush over to me. Her name was Claire. She seemed to be looking for me. When she saw me her eyes lit up and she ran over to me. She had slick black long hair and green eyes, with a lot of freckles. She was wearing a light blue dress that went to knee length. It had spaghetti straps and a revealing back.

"Oi, y/n! Where were you. We were looking for you! Some other people went looking for you, besides myself." She said in a concerned manner, "Why is your dress all wet? Did you fall into the water?"

Then her gaze shifted to Jotaro and she snarled. She wasn't a big fan of boys and she often kept to herself. "Hey... Who's he? Your boyfriend?" That comment made me laugh.

I replied with, "No, but I came here to relax and chill. I saw him here so I just chilled with him. And I waded into the water a little bit." I noticed that was paying no attention to what was going on, so I just shrugged it off. I was kind of sad though, but I didn't matter too much for me.

Claire sighed and asked, "Hey, it's okay, I'm not mad at you. Wanted to ask if Sora was bothering you." She looked worried.

Jotaro glanced up and seemed a little bit tense but he really didn't care. "Oh yeah I forgot about Sora. He was just being really flirty and annoying today, I guess." I said supportively. Claire looked relived but also worried. She said, "Damn that Sora." Which made me laugh a lot.

Sora was a guy around my age. We are friends but he puts a lot of pressure on me, and is kind of annoying. He's like a brother but he's really flirty around me. He's scary when he is mad but, I think he's a decent guy. I met him when my parents' friend came over when I was 4. We played a lot of games and even took baths together when we were little.

I got up and I decided to go with Claire back to the party. I yelled to Jotaro, "Bye, Jotaro!!" He looked back at me with a stoic face, and I giggled a little bit. He replied, "Yare, yare daze."
