Daniel hid in the bushes and waited, he was looking around and found a crossbow near him with a letter attached to it. He picked it up and read it

This is you weapon for the murder
There is one single arrow to this crossbow, for you will only have one shot with it, it will not kill her, but it will hospitalize her

Daniel put the note in his pocket and continued waiting.
It was now 9:25
*beep* a voice came in on the earpiece again "park Jihyo will exit the building in 5 minutes, she is wearing a white dress, you have one shot to aim the crossbow and hit her, you must instantly take the crossbow and leave after" *beep* the voice left.
Daniel loaded up the crossbow and watched the door, waiting for park Jihyo to walk out. His hands were shaking and he was nervous.

Jihyo walked out of the building but Daniel was far away from the entrance where he was hiding so he wasn't seen. He looked through the scope of the crossbow and aimed it at Jihyo. His jaw dropped.

He saw her, his finger lay on the trigger but he couldn't pull it. He was confused, she was beautiful, she looked so innocent, she was like a princess. She walked out in a flowy white spring dress and black heels, her hair flowing softly behind her, she looked stunning. Daniel was mesmerized by her image and fell in love instantly 'how could Jyp want to kill her' Daniel thought to himself. Daniel just couldn't fire the crossbow at her, instead he took it, unloaded it, and threw it away, he ripped off his ear piece and decided, he was no longer going to kill her, he wanted to protect her and keep her safe. He knew that if he failed Jyp, he's most likely gonna get someone else to kill her, Daniel had to protect Jihyo. He wanted to know why she had to be killed.

Daniel started thinking of how he could talk and become her friend without seeming suspicious and weird, then Daniel noticed that Jihyo had dropped her hairpin and used this as a chance to try and get to know her so he could protect her. He ran over to the pin and picked it up, then walked over to Jihyo and tapped her on the shoulder.
Jihyo turned around and looked at Daniel
"Hello?" She said, confused
"You dropped your hairpin" Daniel said while extending his hand with the hairpin
"Oh, thank you" said Jihyo as she bowed to Daniel, grabbed her hairpin and blushed

'He's kinda cute' Jihyo thought to herself and decided to be friends with him
"Sorry I'm kinda clumsy, I'm Jihyo" she said as she extended her hand out offering a hand shake
"It's ok I'm clumsy too, I'm Daniel" said Daniel and he grabbed Jihyo's hand and shook it
They talked for a bit and became friends, then Jihyo decided she wanted to get to know Daniel better.
"I'm heading down to the cafe across the street, I'm on my break, would you like to join me?" Offered Jihyo
"Really? I was heading there too!" Daniel lied
"Wow what a coincidence! Is this fate?" Jihyo said jokingly and laughed
"You never know" Added Daniel as he laughed with her

They chatted and bonded easily as they walked across the street to the cafe together. This was a spark to a new relationship.
