Truth told

Jihyo came back out in a shirt and sweatpants, and still looked good, she sat beside Daniel and got comfy.
Daniel thought for a bit and he decided that he should probably tell Jihyo about the hit man deal and how he was going to keep her safe, so she knows and can look out for herself.

"I need to tell you something" Daniel said seriously to Jihyo
"What is it?" Asked Jihyo
"There's someone after you" said Daniel
"Why?" Asked Jihyo
"Someone wants to kill you, and he originally hired me to kill you, but I betrayed him, and now I'm determined to keep you safe, " said Daniel, Jihyo froze and looked at him in shock, trying to take in this info
"W-what, how am I so sure your not gonna kill me" said Jihyo as she shifted a bit away from Daniel

"If I was gonna kill you, why would I take you out for dinner and return your hair pin and all that?" Said Daniel
"Yeah your right" Jihyo said and relaxed
"I can't keep an eye on you all the time but I'll try my best to, so I want you to be as careful as you can," said Daniel seriously, "I don't want you to get hurt"
"Why are you doing all this? Why do you want to keep me safe?" Asked Jihyo, "you didn't even know me"
"I didn't need to know you, one look at you and I wanted to protect you," said Daniel
Jihyo blushed and said "thank you"

Daniel and Jihyo both wrapped up the conversation and Daniel was walking towards the door and getting ready to leave
"Don't open the door for anyone you don't know ok? And call me whenever you don't feel safe, I'll come immediately" Daniel said to Jihyo as he opened the door
He suddenly felt someone wrap their arms around him, Jihyo gave Daniel a hug from the back
"Thank you, for doing this, your a good person"
thanked Jihyo
Daniel turned around and hugged her back before he left and returned to his room

Daniel was just about to open his door when he noticed something tucked under his door, it was another note. He picked it up and went inside, he opened the note and read it

Daniel
I see you have chosen to ignore me once again and
you have officially failed me,
I have sent another person to go after Jihyo,
You won't be such a lover boy after she dies will you?
Both you and Jihyo better watch out because things won't end well for both of you.

Daniel gritted his teeth and angrily tore the note into pieces and threw it away, he won't let Jyp hurt either of them. He decided to go buy some security cameras tomorrow for both him and Jihyo to put at all their windows and doors so they can keep watch in case Jyp tried to break in or harm them. He picked up his phone and texted Jihyo,

D: hey princess
What time do you have to go to the                  entertainment building tmr?

J: at 8:00 why?

D: I'll come by to your room at 7:30 and I'll drive you there,
just in case （╹◡╹）

J: oh ok thx

D: do not leave your room until I'm there! Better be careful from now on

J: got it
Don't worry so much, I can watch out for myself too

Daniel plugged his phone into its charger and opened  his laptop, replied to a few emails for work and washed up and got ready for bed
He set his alarm for 7:00 am so he had some time before he went over to Jihyo's room
He laid on his bed in the dark and thought to himself,
Does he really like Jihyo? And why is he even doing all this for her, she was just a stranger, but it feels right doing this. He became unsure of his actions but he just pushed all those thoughts away and went to sleep.
