Third pov:
The alarm went off, Jin groaned and groggily turned it off. Thanking the lords it was Friday, because that means he can spend time with his family. He felt for his boyfriends presence, only to feel a cold, empty space. Jin huffed, thinking his lover left for work already, glancing around the room, no longer seeing clothes on the floor, and then noticed he was now wearing pants. Was last night a dream or something? Pouting and wanting to curl into ball of depression, let the darkness consume him, until something caught his eye. A small, black velvet box on the nightstand, being the curious human being he is, he reaches out and takes the small box from the nightstand. Not remembering, to his knowledge, that he set it there, swinging his legs over the edge of the bed, sitting up on the side of the bed. Examining the box and then opening it, seeing a silver ring inside.
"Will you marry me?" Jin jumped from the sudden, soft voice, holding his beating heart, while turning to the bedroom door way. Namjoon stood, leaning against the door frame, giggling from the elders reaction. "Shit Namjoon, you nearly gave me a heart attack!" Jin shouted, the younger awed, laughing at the same time and stepped over to the elder, who stood up from the bed.
Jin gazed at the ring in the box, then at the younger, then back at the ring. Namjoon felt his heart beating out of his chest, biting his bottom lip, nervous on what the elder might say. Jin soon shook his head disbelief, eyes locking with the younger's, "Is this for real?" Only getting a nod from the other, raising a confused brow, "Aren't I the one that's supposed to propose to you though?" Namjoon then shrugged, and smirked, "But, will you marry me?"
A smile stretched on Jins lips, nodding his head, pulling the younger into a warm embrace. Namjoon broke out into tears, feeling so happy and relieved at the same time. He was so nervous and scared for what could or might happen.
They stayed like that for nearly a half hour, slowly pulling away, sharing a short kiss. Both had tear stained faces, everything felt too good to be true. Jin took the ring out and slid it onto his left ring finger, "What about you though?" Namjoon held up his left hand, showing a thin, diamond band. Jin took his hand and examined the ring, "I still can't believe you proposed?" Sliding his hands down and around the thin waist. Namjoon hooked his arms around the elders neck, shrugging, "You were taking too long, so I thought I would make a move." Jin chuckled, "I just find it funny, because you're technically the girl in the relationship." Getting a scuff from the slightly shorter male, "Oh please, how am I the- ok I see your point, but it doesn't matter, I wanted to make the move before waiting another year or more." Jin rose a brow, chuckling in disbelief, finding this all hard to believe, "So you were impatient and decided to have me say yes. Why is that?" Seeing a soft sparkle in the deep brown orbs and the beautiful dimple smile spread upon Namjoons face. "Because it feels more real coming from you," Repeating a familiar sentence the elder heard nearly four years ago. Jin then broke down again, pulling the younger into a hug, neither of them wanted to let go. But Namjoon soon had to leave for work and Jin had to go pick up the kids from their friends apartment. Two weeks later...
Namjoon's pov:
I run into the restrooms of my work, rushing into a stall and emptying my stomach into the toilet. I've been throwing up at work more recently, I don't why. I coughed up the remains, spiting out whatever was left. Groaning from a pounding headache, all this felt déjà vu, wait.... I groaned again, rubbing my face, resting my back against the metal wall of the stall. "Well shit..." I mumbled to myself.Another long day at work, but honestly, I love my job, it's not hard to do, it's just an odd schedule. I spoke to my boss about dulling down the hours, because I was beginning to feel sick.
I sighed, checking the time on my watch, speaking of boss, I haft to go see him now. I pushed myself out of my chair, heading out of my office and making my way to the elevator, pushing the arrow pointing up, waiting for the doors to open. Hearing it ding and slide open, waiting for the few people to step out first, then heading inside and pushing the button. "Namjoon?" I hummed and turned my gaze to the person who called for me, my eyes widen in shock. "Y-Yoongi?! What are you doing here?" He only shrugged, "My manager moved me to this company, saying they have better opportunities, so I'm meeting the new boss in about thirty minutes... what about you? I see a ring on your finger, did Jin finally propose to you?" I laughed lightly, shaking my head, that's probably the millionth time I've heard that for the past two weeks. "No, I actually proposed, we haven't done any planning yet, but we are next month." He awed, "Do you work here now?" I hummed, hearing the ding and the doors slid open, we both head out of the elevator. Yoongi is pretty much following where I'm going, because he has no idea where the bosses office is. He cleared his throat, "So, hows Hoseok?" I didn't think he would have the guts to ask that, I sighed. "He's doing good, him and Jimin are dance trainers at a dance studio on the next street over." "And the twins?" Hearing the desperation and slight worry in his tone, honestly why can't he just man up and go back to Hoseok. I cleared my throat, "They're healthy, happy, look just like their mother, and are like two energizer bunnies." Seeing him nod and sulk, I roll my eyes, stoping by a set of big french doors. Turning to face him, "Yoongi, don't sulk, when you chose to leave, which is your own doing. If you're that worried about them and want to be in their lives. Hoseok won't stop you, if you want to make things right again, now is the right time to do so." His head hung low, gaze fixed to the floor, stuck in his own world. I rake my fingers through my hair, that was growing out, but I was thinking about growing it out pretty long. The air felt tense and thick, making me unable to breath, "This is Mr. Lee Taemin's office, there is a living room and a kitchen around the corner," I gave him a soft smile and pat him on the shoulder, receiving a slow nod and a soft 'thanks' from him. Watching him walk down the hall, I shook my head, I don't know if I should pity him or not.
I knock on the door, hearing a soft come in, making my way into the room, closing the door on my way in. I step up to my bosses desk and bow, seeing him scuff and wave his hand, "Namjoon, I told you there's no need to be so formal!" He chuckled out in a cheery voice. Making me laugh slightly, I let out a soft 'sorry', hearing him clear his throat and leaning back into his chair. "So! You need to change your hours a bit you said?" He asked, I gave him nod, "It's only temporary, I have a doctors appointment today, I've just been feeling off is all." He rose a questioning brow, but it turned to a concerned gaze afterwards, "Off? How so? If you don't mind me asking?" I swallowed a lump in my throat, "It-it's probably just a common cold Taemin, but I just want to be safe and check." He nod, still holding a concerned look, but he soon let it slide, and he began to make a few changes to my schedule.
