i remembered being on stage inside the school's gym with my band, jamming to paramore.

as lead vocalist, i was singing my heart out, watching the crowd sing along to "that's what you get."

but somehow,
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
you were there.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
you were at the left side of the gym,
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
and as two eyes met,

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
you flashed me a smile.

and i can't help but stare at your eyes;

and i can't help but feel like you were the only person i see.
