CRUSH | BOOK EXPLANATION ON ARA
i'll try to make this short and simple,
but as we all know, ara is one of
the best friends of haerin, and was
the one who has fallen for jimin
for the past two years.
she was basically the one chasing
jimin, and had the chance to talk
to him because of insta, but jimin
never really acknowledged her
for all her efforts.
we all knew that she made jimin
uncomfortable by asking personal
questions when they were getting
along to be friends, but it led jimin
to block her, and became an issue
for a few months, until haerin
talked to jimin about it. but again,
that was still really not all of it.
ara is actually sensitive, so when that
happened, she cried so much and
blamed herself to the point that
she decided to move on.
it was actually hard to get over him,
even said to haerin that she's fine and is
completely over him when she's really
not. like dude ofc it would be hard-
2 years.
that's why haerin still knew that
she still had those tiny feelings for jimin.
and that is also why i decided to end the
book there, where in the last chapter,
haerin realized she has liked jimin
for quite some time now, of course
ara didn't know about it because
it wasn't mentioned, but (i'm sorry
i have to spoil this a little bit) the
reason why i ended it because
not only i'm lazy to add more chapters,
but because haerin had to keep it
to herself that she's fallen for jimin
without ara knowing (which leads
to the second book if ever i did have the
time to write.)
also for the sake that she didn't want
ara to feel hurt. there was this chapter
in the book if you remember, where ara
told haerin that they'd be great together if
haerin collabed with jimin, and haerin
responded to stop saying that because
you're only hurting yourself.
