(chapter 7) the Cafe'

~*Suger's POV*~

"Hnnnggggggg" I groaned, being woken by the one little beam of light peeking through the blinds of my window that just HAPPENED TO BE IN MY EYES. I sat up rubbing my eyes and looking around, trying to wake up. 'Wait..did i just sit up..?' i looked around and yup, i sat up without feeling like all the knives ever made were stabbing me. I mean, I still did hurt a good amount. But like i said, at least i'm not being stabbed by all knives ever made. I looked around some more. There was a nice cold-ish breeze passing through the room coming from my window, it was kinda nice being in a half-lit breezy room. But I've noticed a pattern. I wake up. The atmosphere is very nice. Then Glitch comes in interrupting it. So i sat there just glaring at the door then said quietly, "annndd, que" a knock as i expected came from the other side of the door but instead of hearing. "ey pip squeak, you up?" from the familiar voice of Glitch, i instead heard, "ay girrl, you better be up cause i aint blowing up your phone anymore" that made me look at my phone on my desk. i stretched to grab it but as SOON as i grabbed it i accordioned back from the pain of more muscles moving then normal. I clicked the on button but nothing happened, i then held it down and..it was dead, no wonder i didn't wake up from her texts.. "Come in!" I replied then quietly saying to myself, "if it's unlocked.." the door knob wiggled as i already knew what she was gonna say so i started to slowly get up. I was standing in front of my bed, holding the foot board for support, my legs already starting to shake. "It's locked!" my friend yelled through the door. "Yeah, yeah, i know! Just give me a second..or more so a minute.." I said, stumbling to the door and with a lot of trouble I got there. with a shaky hand I opened the door for her, she came in with a smile as I closed the door, my muscles getting used to walking again. I flicked the ceiling light on without looking at it and finely saw that she had a grocery bag in her hands. "Woah, you look..different..u-H! In a good way!" i said , looking her up and down. Her curly black hair that was usually in many braids was in a sort of small afro thing, her almost always white T-shirt was slightly shorter, just a LITTLE longer than a crop top and her jeans were now ripped with some brown boots. And her brown skin seemed to be just the slightest more tan but her round glasses that usually tipped down her nose and big round golden ear rings were normal. "Yeah, i met these girls and we went out and we tried new styles, and this was mine and i kinda like it." "well it looks great!" I said giving her a smile, slowly walking to the nearest place I could sit, which would be Glich's naked bed. I sat down as she walked over to his bed as well as sitting next to me putting the bag in front of her "i haven't seen you in soo long, how ya been?" she said giving me a tight hug but before i could say stop i took 0.2% damage. Her and I both froze. She slowly scooted back and looked at me more closely. "OMG WHO HURT YOU SO BADLY??!" she grabbed my shoulders and kept yelling. "I KNOW IT WAS JUST A RUMOR BUT WAS IT THAT STUPID ROOMMATE OF YOURS?!" now that sentence could mean one of two things; 1. There's a rumor he's the one who hurt me or 2. That we were rooming together "n-no- he's the one who actually helped me" i said with a small snicker from the face she made when i said that. it was a mixture of, 'what..?' and 'i know your joking and this is a stupid prank' "who..is your roommate..?" she slowly asked, narrowing her eyes. I was hesitant to answer but still did, "....Glich....Glich Saber...?" then her face turned into utter shock along with a gasp. She shot up and started to pace while ranting to me. "HOW ARE YOU NOT DEAD YET?? AND HIM OF ALL PEOPLE HELPED YOU??? HE SENT LIKE 2 PEOPLE TO THE NURSE AND IT WAS SO BAD THAT THEY HAD TO BE SENT TO THEIR DORMS AND IT ALL HAPPENED IN THE MORNING SO HE MADE 2 PEOPLE MISS THE FIRST DAY SCHOOL ALREADY, AND FROM WHAT INFO I GOT, HE DID IT FOR NO REASON AND A DUMB ONE IF ANY"

'Woah, I must be really lucky that he only choked me' I thought, thinking of all the good actions he's done for me, and even if he did choke me, or tried to at least. He redeemed himself by taking care of me these past few days.. "But..but.. The people must've done somethin 'em.. Cause he's not that mean.." i said looking down at my hands and twirling my thumbs "YEAH RIGHT, YOU SHOULDN'T FIGHT SOMEONE FOR ANY REASON UNLESS YOU WERE FORCED TO OR THEY DID SOMETHING EXTREMELY BAD AS WELL AS SELF DEFENSE BUT WHAT COULD THEY HAVE DONE TO HIM? CALL HIM AN IDIOT?? CUS' IF THEY DID THAT SURE IS TRUE" i stared down at my hands, thinking of my next words. "He-.... ok, look. So, the day I called you and got here. Around dark I was going back to my dorm after having a little.. Argument with him, but right as i was at the door these three guys assaulted me for a reason that i can't remember but from what i can remember one had a pocket knife, he only used it for a scare tactic but he did 'accidently' cut me a few times, eventually they kicked me to the ground and one of then kicked for my arm but missed and hit my head. I instantly blacked out but woke up to pain.. And warm sheets, i looked around after i propped myself up with pillows and my arms and legs were bandaged like they were now but.. Much bloodier. My HP was also very low but there was a chair beside me with a note propped up buy that.." i said and pointed to my desk where the Glich plush sat. my plush sat a little bit further away. She looked over to it and nodded looking back at me, impatiently waiting for me to explain the rest of what happened "it..umm oh!" i said getting up and looking under his bed. I saw it slip under there when.. Well dunno. I just know it's under there. I grabbed it and sat back down, my friend sat down with me, craning her neck to see the note but I wouldn't let her.
