You pull Steven through the stream, thinking of the broken, green ship. You and Steven turn feet first and land. The light dissipates and you're met with a dark Illuminated forest. "Woah...this place sure is pretty, (y/n)." You ignore him and drag him through the path.
"It's like..I can feel it." You mumble, panning the area. You continue on and run through the trees into a clearing. It was here, littered in vines, moss...life. Steven gasps, then chuckles. "It's shaped like your gem too!" you scoff and lead him to it. Figuring out where to go inside. You see a hand plate, you touch it as it glows green, revealing a door. Entering, the whole ship revs up with light.

Steven makes an audible shutter. "This reminds me of when peridot and jasper kidnapped us..." you turn around and he was glowing again. "You don't have to be here if you don't want to!" You quickly grab his hand, both of you glowing. You quickly look down and step back. "No- I..I wanna see." He calms down with a breathing technique, and you smile, looking into his eyes. He blushed, staring back his eyes hinting a pink hue.
"I...I like your smile." He compliments. You freeze feeling a hard beat in your chest. You look down and put your hand up to your chest, feeling a beat. You burst into a huge smile. You felt alive! You come up to him grinning. "I really like your eyes." You compliment back. He blinks. "What?! Brown eyes are boring!"
"But sometimes they catch the light and go pink." You say. "Huh?? Do they??" "Don't worry Steven! I like it.." he smiled softly and chuckled. "Come on..." Steven says continuing straight forward. You follow him, happy from the moment you two just had. "I came here hoping to find something out about my mom. Do you know anything about these ships?" You ask.
"Well, this is an emerald destiny destroyer, and the technology seems recent enough that I've seen before." You look around a corner to a room.
