This is an angst/fluff, don't worry! It all gets resolved in the end! I just thought I should let you guys now because, me personally, I get really sad when reading angst fanfics! I love writing them but I want to make sure you guys don't feel that same sadness without a warning! Sooooo.. yeah! Enjoy!

"Come on y/n! Don't be like that.." Kou begs you.

You're pushing him away from you and your friend Yashiro. You were trying to have a conversation about a new anime that had come out recently when Kou strutted over with a stupid grin asking questions like "Did it hurt when you fell from the vending machine? Because you're a whole snack!" It made you blush a little though.

"Just leave me alone Kou! Not now! Me and Yashiro are discussing a very important matter!" You tell him.

"So later? Okay great! See you then angel!~" he says skipping off like an excited puppy.

"...what was that about? Why do you push him away?" Yashiro asks.

"Kou is so annoying!" You complain.

"I think it just means he has a biiiiiiig crush on you y/n-chan! Plus, you have that smile again.." She says teasingly.

"Kou.. is probably like that with every girl. He's a teenage boy." You imply.

"Pffffft nah. He's never been like that with anyone else. He may be an idiot but he wouldn't flirt someone for fun." She replies.

"Hm.." you thought about it for a couple seconds "Let's.. just go back to talking about the anime for now." You say.

You make a mental note to go try and see if you can confront Kou about this.

You make your way to your next class and sit down.

Tsuchigomori sensei pulls a jar out from under his desk "Okay class, we're going to be working on creative writing today. I'll be pulling names at random by twos. The person you are paired with will think of a prompt and you will do the same for them. I will trust you not to be inappropriate, because you will regret it. I'll explain at the end of class." He explains. "First team.." he goes on announcing names until.. "L/n and Minamoto.." (How convenient)

"What?!" You say a little louder than you meant.

"I said 'L/n and Minamoto'." He says bluntly.

"I know but..! never mind.." you say a little embarrassed.

You look over to Kou, he waves and winks at you. You turn away pouting and blush a little. When Tsuchigomori Sensei finishes calling partners you walk over to ware Kou is sitting.

"Hey.." you say quietly.

"Awww! Hi partner~" He says teasingly.

You give him the stink eye.

"What's wrong?" He asks with actual sincerity.

"I.. nothing." You look away blushing a little.

"Okayyyyyyy.. prompts! Um.. do you have one for me?" He asks getting out a paper and pencil.

"Umm... your prompt is.. oh! I know! Write a story about something that you hold dear to you. From your childhood!" You make sure to add the last part because you have a suspicion he would write about you.

'I don't know if I could handle that..' you think.

"Okay!" He says with a smile "Now yours! Hmmmmmmmm... the last dream you can remember! Unless it's.. umm perverted." He says, blushing on the last part.
