"Leave Villain Brat! And I don't want to see your stupid face for a while!" With those words, Shinsou was literary kicked out of the house. It was raining and he landed face first in the mud. He heard the door slam shut and flinched slightly before slowly getting up, hissing in pain and holding his stomach where he was punched earlier. Wiping the mud off his face he limped away from the house and out into the night.

Aizawa was exhausted to say the least. Night patrol after a long day of teaching was the worst and the rain wasn't helping. He wanted nothing more than to curl up in his sleeping bag somewhere and take a nap. He was standing on a roof watching over the city and thinking about calling it a night when he noticed a figure slumped against a wall of an ally. Deciding to check it out he silently jumped off the roof and approached slowly. As he got closer and the figure suddenly looked up, stiffening almost instantly, he recognized just who it was.

Shinsou had been walking for quite a while now. His cloths were completely soaked and he was shivering from the cold. Looking around he spotted an ally, the roof of the house leaving a little bit of a dry spot close to the wall. He sat down and slumped over. "Shit..." he mumbled and buried his face in his hands. //What do I do now? I'll probably have to spend the night in that ally like the last time he kicked me out of the house...// He had been sitting there for quite a while when he suddenly heard footsteps and looked up. When he saw who it was he completely froze. "A-Aizawa-Sensei...?"

The black haired teacher looked at him, his eyes staring directly at him in slight surprise. He had taken Shinsou on as his student after the Sports Festival having seen something in the General Studies kid even the boy himself couldn't see just yet. //Just my luck... him seeing me pathetic like this he's going to think I'm weak, not fit to be a hero and change his mind about training me...// The purple haired teen looked down at his hands.

Still watching the boy Aizawa finally decided to speak "Shinsou? Would you mind telling me what you are doing here in the middle of the night in this weather with school tomorrow no less?"

//Should I tell him the truth? Maybe he could help me he already offered to listen if there was ever something I wanted to talk about... but I also don't want to burden him with my problems...// "Don't worry... I was just-" he started but got cut off by his teacher "I'm going to stop you there and ask you to please tell me the truth. I already told you this but you can talk to me, I will always hear you out if something is bothering you. But I can only help you when you tell me what you need help with. It's not a shame to admit weakness sometimes you know." He crouched down in front of him his gaze softer than normal waiting for the purple head to decide on his answer.

Shinsou looked up briefly before his eyes wandered back down to his hands. "My foster father kicked me out... but it's not a big deal he'll let me come back after a while so I'll manage. You don't have to watch out for me it would just be an unnecessary burden."

Aizawa looked at him with one raised eyebrow. "Ok first of all you're not a burden. I already told you that once. Second of all, do you seriously believe I'm just going to leave you sitting in the rain all bruised up after you got kicked out of your house?" He rose and held out a hand for Shinsou to take. "Get up kid you're coming with me."

He stared at the offered hand of his teacher longer then necessary and utterly stunned before finally taking it and letting himself be pulled to his feet, gritting his teeth because of the pain that shot up his side. "Can you walk on your own kid?" "I-I think so"

They walked down the empty street in silence and Shinsou started to feel slightly uncomfortable. When he finally couldn't take it anymore he asked where they were going and what would happen now. Aizawa glanced at him for a moment. "I don't know the details of what's going on yet but what you told me and from the bruises I caught a glimpse of I know enough to say that you will not go back to that house. Ever. I will make sure of that and until we figure everything out you're staying with me."
